Been reading up over the weekend and got loads of reassurance from this borad.

Rang the court today to see if an appointment was needed. Was looking at next week but clerk not available after this week for a month :eek: So court this Friday and then judge Tuesday as noone in until then.

Well, after all the debacle I am bankrupt. And my OR seems really nice, which is a relief.

Would it be inappropriate for my first purchase as a bankrupt to be wine?

Well I'm in limbo at the moment just on countdown till half nine when when I set off. Will head to open a bank account afterwards then will distract myself with decluttering. I will update you later.

Well all done. Ended up in an actual court room :eek: but only the Judge and I and for a couple of minutes.

Now to open a new bank account and wait for the OR call.
