Is their anybody else with BT Infinity, if so how do you rate it? How are BT in general to deal with?
We moved from Sky to Tesco, but since joining the net keeps dropping. So partner discovered with Tesco you can leave within 90 days, so we are thinking of BT Infinity.

I had it at my parents place, it's awesome. Never had any faults in 18 months and the speed was always incredible!0

It rocks! And has been 100% reliable. And the BT service I've had has been fine too.0

Think we shall go ahead with the order. Do BT take a deposit, heard they might ask for one? Never been asked for one with Tesco or Sky.0 -
Think they only ask for a deposit if you fail the initial credit checkEx forum ambassador

I`m getting my fitted on 29th April.
New 12mth contract (as an existing BT customer) for calls, broadband & TV (inc Sky Sports 1 & 2) is £69/mth.0 -
just as one negative thought im sure bt moved its customer support to India something to be aware of if it does go wrong.
also you considered plusnet at all bt owned company with uk support and very competitive on price as well.

they got half price for six months as well atm if can get ftcc can get 76mb down package unlimted as well is £9.99 first six months then £19.99 after that also do line rental saver and pre pay line rental for year £10.49 a month effectively better than £13.99 normal a month.
hope it helps

Like Basil, I have recently changed to Plusnet on the Fibre unlimited package.
When there was only little to choose between the BT and Plusnet performance, the call centre location was the deciding factor.
So far, I'm totally delighted with the service.

Look at the diagrams on BTs website about the number of mains sockets needed near the router, fibre modem and master socket, and make sure that fits in with your situation before you order.0
