we have a new tenant lined up.

Oh that is great news! :T
You are perfectly right about the deposit bond. I'm going to have to inspect first. As she has a dog now ( this wasn't cleared with us.. It was assumed as we have pets we wouldn't mind) she said she's re papering the rear hall. Will see what the inspection brings!!

..Keeping all digits crossed that you don't get any nasty surprises!

Hope you and DS enjoy the park - are you far enough north to have red squirrels locally?

    Quick update:

Red squirrels are in Cumbria and the Durham Dales. Ive not seen them in Newcastle Gateshaead or North Durham where I am. These were the grey ones, but we saw just one as DS was rather vocal.

Ive listed 100 treasures on ebay. Hope they sell.

    Still doing mams washing.

I also ended up in the Metrocentre. People got stuff they have been promised for a while.

Belts are being tightened again. (following the Glastonbury shopping for dd2!)

Did you see the program on C4 last week about tenants on benefits ?. Quite an eye-opener.

So so sorry I am being a useless diary keeper. Have been so busy with the garden and decorating.

Had a scan too on my tummy- which is giving us all a scare.

NEWS: Paid off Vanquis. Paid off P2P. Nest month I will have paid off TFS as I only have 500 remaining on it.

Tenant has provided some interesting opinions on what constitues rights and responsibilities in a 6 month contract. However, I directed her to Citizens advice and she now knows shes liable for the full 6 months rent. She landed at my house last night and said she was ill.

I said to my husband she may well be, but I am struggling to have sympathy when I have a full time job, am having scans on my stomach, I have a family and I am being emotionally blackmailed about her moving out. She said she has signed for her keys. I said I wanted her to contribute to the carpet being cleaned at least.

Lets hope there is no further damage. She sat crying saying she needs her Bond money for carpet.
I cant deal with it, I gave her all kinds of stuff. Kettles, toasters, deep fat frier, new duvet.

Also, lets hope I get a tenant in, as she is liable for the rent until I do. :)

I will update my signature. Miss you all, will attempt to pop by everyones diaries and update my own too over the nxt few days xxx
