Good going SBO. At this rate you will have paid your debts off a month or two early.

    1. the dog ate the hose. She chewed right through the middle. Its really annoying!
    2. My son has given his dad a free pass from Jesus, because he goes to church and he will hold dads hand on the way in.

    1. A connector from the garden centre will set you back about £3 - think yourself lucky; I misread your comment - thought for a moment that your dog ate the house!

    2. ..What a beautiful image! :T

I didnt get the bluddy job. I was down to the last 2 and my geographic location was the decider.

Moneywise, I got my 0% card. The husband did too, but it only had a 500 pound credit limit. Its 0% on purchases though for 15 months so we are using that and paying the cash onto his other cards.

Ive cleared three cards to the 0% and made a lump sum payment to a loan which means my monthly payment is reduced by £90. This will go to the most expensive debt and eventually get sorted.

Ive started my decorating and I am still working hard in the garden.

I am hoping that my most expensive debt currently, P2P, I will have cleared soon, I have 5 payments left on this currently.

I am making a lump sum payment of what I have saved in credit card payments plus my bonus. I will need, however to make a payment then close my vanquis account. Next month, I will ensure my capital one is clear and close it in August.

My car has been MOTd and Taxed for another year, I have had to replace the television and the playstation and buy the decorating stuff so I havent made the progress I wanted - but I am still on course to get things done within timescale.

  • Bummer on the job :(. Something better is meant to be.

Good news on the debt reshuffle /reduction. Well done :T Xx

I will get the next one.

I met a friend of mine last night - shes working for juice plus.

Having tried it she is transformed. Shes now a distributor. I have signed up.

Some people wont like it - its £50 to buy a franchise. Thats 2 nights out. I used my birthday money off my parents. She has just paid for a family holiday with her bonus. Joining a team means you get the benefit of the team.

I am going to have a go at it. If anyone wants to talk about it drop me a private message and I will let you know how I go. I have ordered some capsules anyway, I am amazed at how fantastic she looks. If anyone wants some let me know! (cant blame me for trying)

Other news, its my birthday on Friday.

I am hoping the weather gives its head a shake and gets out sunny. I have relatives who want barbecue on saturday!

Financially, Nothing is happening much. The rent continues to be paid (albeit to the husbands account - joint account hasnt been set up as yet) and all ducks are in a row for now.

I am of the mind to get some good groundwork done. Plan is this month - pay an additional £300 plus whatever I get in my bonus to P2P. That means in July paying the regular payment and £300 I have ridded myself of the most expensive debt.

By November I want to have cleared my loan. Additional £600 to it a month for August September and October will see it off.

In December we have Christmas, but I will start again in January when I will have £700 a month to put to the most expensive one.

Hopefully, my Juice plus will reap some benefits, and wheras my friend is using hers for holidays, I will use it for debts.

The worst that can happen is that I am going to some network meetings about healthy eating and lifestyles.

Anyway, will let you know what happens :)

I will be clearing P2p this month and saving lots of interest!

This is because my expenses will be paid and my company amex bill isnt due until 23rd July.

So I will us that and clear P2P this month. I will have plenty time and money to sort the company amex in time for its due date. I just need to make sure I have it all sorted.

Need my paper vanquis statement too. Then I can confirm its closed!!

Once that is done I will clear TFS loan. It will probably take 4 months to clear but then its 700 pounds freed up and I will really feel like I am cooking with gas.

One small concern is the perhaps new arrangement for child maintenance payments which may mean that will stop or go down, but will cross that bridge when I get to the river!
