  • Month 28, Day 2 . hi all, sorry I have been ill and I have not had lunch and nor have I spent much money (its for debts remember!!) :P and I have however bought a car.

My car, is being really naughty and its time has come.

I should be able to scrap it and reclaim quite a bit of tax back, so that is good.

I have 16 items to post tonight on ebay and I have lots of work to do at home with being ill.

I am onto month 28- and thats brilliant!

Batchcooked food is being eaten. ebay is being sent.

    :) Back tomorrow!

Oooooh new car? Well, 'new' to you at least? What'd you go for?

Crikey you did well with your ebay. I sold 3 of my 4 items so happy enough. Then used some of the money to buy something for myself :o:rotfl: Kinda defeats the purpose but never mind!

Hope you're feeling better soon :)

  • Month 28, Day 3 Dont worry HAW, thats "money neutral" and not a bad thing at all. We are getting a freelander. Its fit for purpose for us with the whole children dogs countryside thing. My car is getting scrapped.

Hermes seems to have put their prices up right after I began using them, argh! The search continues.

Batchcooked food is being eaten ebay is being packaged and ironing is being ironed. Work seem to have a concession thing where if you pre load a card to use at sainsburys for 45 pounds, you get 50 pounds to spend. As we shop at Lidl and Sainsburys this is a plan. I would say we spend about 100 a month in sainsburys.

With luck that will be a ten pound a month saving. :)

  • Month 28, day 4. Feeling a little better, new car is with us and is AMAZING. I love it. it has a handbrake and EVERYTHING.
Paid 77p off vanquis, not as excited by this as I know its going to be wiped next month and the account closed but am being smart and following the ethic.

Sadly will be getting fish n chips for tea tonight (who am I kidding it will be divine) but not very MSE. This is because DD2 is off to Glastonbury and I will miss her. Its also because the goalposts changed somewhat and her dad wants her at his house at 6-7pm, which of course MUST be obeyed. I am thinking of taking her for 7.15 pm in line with his late attendance at everything.

The garden is growing well. I watered it last night and I have to cut the front garden soon as its looking a bit raggedy.

I also MUST iron - I have an absolute mountain of ironing which I must sort.

Also have yet more ebay to package. Madness!!

Have also upgraded my phone and my daughters. I have a cracked screen and I had looked and saw y upgrade options were terrible. So I said I wanted to leave. Anyway, I got a free phone and one for my daughter.

Not sure when they will come but thats something to look forward to. She has a white one, but I am more keen on the black ones.

Also I am going to complain, where have our lovely summer days gone? Shocking behaviour!!

    Ironing?? What's that???? :o

Well done on your freebie phones!! :T:T

Hmmm I dunno what's happened our summer! :( We were doing well there for a while but it seems to have gone to pot again!! Saves having to manually water the garden right enough! :p
