            Right, daughter has been back.
She got the FULL £2000 back for the lump of metal including an apology. The tow guy stayed with her the whole time she was there until it was all sorted, he then went with her to look at another car she had her eye on and looked it over, under and in....looks like it was a better choice of car, she is getting someone else tomorrow to look at the new car so hopefully she has learnt a BIG, rather expensive lesson on "how not to buy a car".Mortgage Jan 2007, 60000 . I doubt she'd have thought about couple of beers for his trouble but as he was recommended from a friend of a friend we can track him down.Mortgage Jan 2007, 60000 . Jan 2011, 46,132.86. Ah, that explains why he was happy to stay longer rather than a random guy from the yellow pages.0
