    I'm waiting for daughter to come back, looks like she got money back and yes the tow guy was with her.

    LMAO about the chicken, i have 4 back yard chickens and this one liked to sit on my shoulder when she was little.

    Right, daughter has been back.
    She got the FULL £2000 back for the lump of metal including an apology. The tow guy stayed with her the whole time she was there until it was all sorted, he then went with her to look at another car she had her eye on and looked it over, under and in....looks like it was a better choice of car, she is getting someone else tomorrow to look at the new car so hopefully she has learnt a BIG, rather expensive lesson on "how not to buy a car".
