so Payperdrop no longer exist then
what about parcelwizards? can't find them doing a search on google?0 -
Well it couldnt happen to a nicer bunch of people
Payperdrop had THE worst customer service. If their service worked it was good value but when it didnt they could not care less. They had minimal customer service agents and if you did receive a response it was terse and unhelpful.
When they stopped selling on eBay late last year they emailed to say they were starting their own courier service in January. By that time I imagine most users had found other agents to use and realised what good customer service should be. Therefore their own service just bombed. All I can say is it serves them right.0 -

...was worse than that. They did end up starting the own service, but it turned out to be a collection service only. I think they received a fair few bookings (4 from us), but only small yet still significant amount were collected, but sadly the thieving !!!!!!!s didn't bother to deliver them. Ours weren't collected thank god and we got our money back with a paypal claim, I've read stories of people loosing over a grands worth of stock.
This is primarily the reason to why there is so much animosity and mistrust towards courier agents.
We use ppwexpress and were very happy using them, but its the first time in over a year that we've had a settled and well working relationship with an agent.0 -

Just a warning...
I've had e-mails from a company called "Posty". It arrived at a e-mail address I only use for Ebay.
The advert looks very much like the ones Payperdrop used to send (lots of clipart makes it look like a huge company, when it's anything but).
It advises going to an Ebay store... something Payperdrop used to use. The website only has one half finished page for "tracking", and there are no contact details shown.
Just from my opinion, it looks very much like a reincarnated Payperdrop.

Great detective work rapido.
I advise everyone clicks the link at the bottom of the email to report abuse - you did not sign up to that list, they signed you up using details obtained from when they were PayPerDrop.
No doubt they will claim that they are seperate entities but they should not be treating peoples personal information in this way.
There is no chance in hell I would be dealing with these clowns again, when they went bust they owed me over £60 and I couldn't sue them.
Won't be having a repeat of that ! :mad:0
