They have also posted on their site a one TKPETERS IS BANNED.

Its because they use a frame on the booking form & the actual form within it is provided by Logiforms & rather than going to the next page as you would presumed when clicking 'next' the form refreshes with in the frame, hence why you have to scroll up.
  • I will keep that in mind when I use them again. Even with the new price hike it seems like a good service and I would use them again. I was sending xmas presents to scotland and it normally costs me £40 to send them so I am well pleased and it would have been parcel force anyway that I used. So for me a good company to use at this time of year.

ParcelWizard say one of their larger competitors has stopped taking orders, and thi sis affecting tehir own service due to increase in demand. I need to send a parcel urgently! damn!!!!!
Go to the booking form on parcel wizards site, and it will show you this message.

Do you know who is this competitor in question??
Should I book elsewhere, and with whom??

Yes it has been mentioned & I wouldn't expect it to be countrywide unless they're going to tap into the fast track courier network

Have been using Parcelworks since the demise of Payperdrop, so far so good!

They`ve even got a customer services department that actually reply to you and sort problems out promptly!

OK, its a little bit more than PPD, but the peace of mind is worth it, plus the automatic insurance is up to £150.

I'll be sticking with them now.
    10 1p's are better than no 10p's !!!

Parcelworks stopped offering their service last year. I don't know why, but they put their site on saying it would return at 6pm, but that was there for ages, and now it links to their ebay auctions (https://www.parcelworks.co.uk)

    I use home-textiles - item no: 160196047085 for Parcelforce 24 or 160195803489 for Parcelforce 48
