Keep your chin up chuck. Nearly the weekend. xo
  • Well payday has come and gone. Managed to pay off an extra £7 to Lucas so will be off to update the signature in a moment.

Trying for a spend free day today. Got music magpie collecting my box of CDs so will hopefully get about £39 for that little lot, also looking at doing the dreaded car boot sale tomorrow, depending on whether I can get up in time.

Going to spend some hours out the garden today having a general tidy up and catching some of the sun. Will of course be making the most of the good weather and drying outside.

  • Well I've had a really good day in the garden and just filled the car up for a boot sale tomorrow morning. I don't expect to make very much it's more about clearing out some space. Will update tomorrow with the amount made.

  • Ok so the weekend is over and it's been a productive one for me. Music magpie collected my parcel tomorrow so they will be paying £39 into my account over the next few days and the car boot sale today wasn't a huge success but I did clear a load of stuff and made £43.16. I'm going to pay these small amounts of money into my savings account so that I've got a small emergency fund. I know it won't pay for much but it'll be a help!

Hoping to hear from Unison this week and hope it's going to be good news, if they only help me with one outstanding amount it will relieve the pressure.

Have just paid another £7 off Lucas as some of my direct debits have come out of my bank leaving an odd £7. Off to update my signature :)

  • Ah only 3 days since I got paid and I'm already wondering when the next payday is coming. Have not managed to pay anymore off Lucas today but did manage to make a salad for my lunch. Not been feeling the best today so the plan tonight is to do nothing and chill out. Have had a nice bath and going to read a bit before having an early night. Hopefully wake up tomorrow feeling a bit brighter.

  • Not been very good updating this week but not much has happened. I have just paid an additional £6 to Lucas so that'll take my total under £100. Not a bad start to July. Hopefully get it paid off before I go into August.

  • Have just logged onto online banking and there's a spare £8 in my account. Off I go to transfer that to Lucas. I am so determined to clear this ASAP.

No other money news today other than my right hand has been itching all day which is supposed to mean money is coming my way. Nothing so far and as the day is nearly over, I can't see it coming now :(

  • Thanks INOD. Nothing came of it anyway :(

Just paid another £2 to Lucas so that's dropped the amount owed again. Only mail today was informing me that my child benefit for DD will stop at end of August so will have to contact them and inform them that she's remaining in full time education.

Got a busy day today - shopping, visiting a relative in hospital and then taking DS out tonight to meet the boys and then pick him up. Have started my busy day by showering and pegging 3 loads of washing on the line (although it looks like rain!). Got more washing in the machine so in know tomorrow I'll be ironing all day.

Only got a small shopping list today as I don't have much money so need to be very careful. 23 days until payday.
