Been shopping today and there's a spare £5 in the bank. Going to transfer that into the co-op account
. Off to update the signature.

Got absolutely nothing planned for today neither spending or saving so feeling a little despondent. I feel as if I must do something every single day. Got lots of washing and ironing to do and as it's such a nice day I'll be drying outside. Plan is to dry as much as I can and start the ironing about 4.00. That means I have all morning free to do something. I may see what I can sell at car boot sale and gather it all together and box it up. I'll at least feel as if I'm thinking about saving money.12/04/2019

No spare money in the bank yesterday or today so no extra payment off Co-op account. Tomorrow will be the third day in a row that I've taken lunch to work so have saved a bit of money there, am hoping to make a full week.
Still no ppi news so very little to report today.12/04/2019

Well done with your lunches. I got in to the habit of making my own lunch and taking it in. Not only is it nicer but saves money too. There are days when I think 'stuff it' can't be bothered this morning and i will treat myself to a sainsburys meal deal. It then feels like a treat rather than the norm.
Good luck with the rest of the week xxSave £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.

Ok so what has this week brought for me?
Have taken lunch 4 days on the run and preparing tomorrow's lunch so that's a success.
Have just paid another £3 to co-op taking the balance down to £11.
Have heard from one ppi saying I didn't take out ppi
Heard from another saying they've already paid me out
Waiting on 3 ppi's which are being investigated
Waiting for half a dozen responses from other companies.
Not a totally unsuccessful week but not the success I would have liked. Really thought the one ppi was going to owe me something
Five days to child benefit day which I will hopefully manage to pay off the co-op with and 15 days until payday.12/04/2019

Woo hoo have paid a massive £7 off co-op leaving a balance of £4. Have got no chance of paying off the remaining £4 until at least Tuesday when child benefit is paid.
Have decided the next bill I'm going to clear is quid24 which has been passes to Lucas credit services. Total owed is £125. Over the weekend I will be setting up a payment to them so that I can pay as and when the spare £'s are available. Think I'm also going to change my signature as I'm running out of space.

Have updated signature and been having a look through my creditors file. If only I could scrape together £550 I could clear 6 creditors.
Really hope one of the ppi reclaims comes through, would love to be able to reduce the figures further.12/04/2019

Have just stumbled across your diary - what progress you've made!!! I'm subscribing as I'm sure you will be an inspiration.
I need to start by seeing if I have paid any PPI for starters... I have 4 credit card providers I could try. Here's hoping!0 -
Thank you dearlouise, I may come across as having determination but I have loads of down days. Can't believe I've got myself into this mess and don't even know how.
I have however just set up a payment transfer to Lucas credit services so once the co-op is paid off I can start reducing the next debt as soon as possible.
You definitely have to see if you can reclaim any ppi, I'm really hoping one of them are going to come through for me.
Have also had a voicemail left from the unison helpline today so will have to phone them back on Monday. I'm hoping they'll agree to help me out in some way.
Have decided to make a plan for the next 7 days and see how much of it I can achieve. So here goes:
1. Phone Unison
2. Pay off co-op
3. Pay off at least £10 to Lucan credit services
4. Gather a second box of car boot sale stuff
5. Packed lunch every day in work
6. Chase up Citibank ppi as I haven't heard from them
Think this is a good start.12/04/2019
