    Hi pania

Boy, it sounds like you're really going through the mill, I'm sorry to hear things are bad, between the LM and the bronchitis - thats one thing where antibiotics really are a godsend, aren't they. Lots of hugs.

Have been a bit poorly too with tonsilitis but just about over that now. Flat is lovely and really feels like home - need a few bits and pieces but am waiting for vouchers from a few survey things so will be patient and try to do it the DFW way :A Exploding light has now been fixed!

I seem to have eaten nothing but cake the last few days so the fitness routine is going to get a kick start next week - have just signed up to do the Edinburgh Moonwalk next year so I've got err however many months to be able to walk 26 miles in the middle of the night  :D

Hope your antibiotics start working soon and you feel better quickly xx

Hey guys gals and any ghoulies left over from halloween last night!!

Sorry to hear you've been poorly to squizzel, is miserable isn't it. Still laying on sofa under my duvet and starting to feel a bit ikk, think the antibiotics may not be agreeing with me, bah!! Still not going to carp on as I actually have some good news for once!!:j

Well thats another months load of debt repayments come out and I am once again back into the 27's:j Can't :j WAIT til December when i'll be into the 26's!!! that'd be 13k wiped off my debt from at it's highest point nearly 2 1/2 years ago and I haven't got anywhere near 26K previously! wohoo!!!:j

Have a slightly more expensive month this month as it is mums birthday on 6th and nieces birthday on 24th, lots of DFW ideas to be thought of! may check out the spending board actually, see if there is anything appropriate for a 3 year old.

(pssst don't forget guys it is one of our favourite posters birthdays this month, 9th november i believe)

Have also managed to put £50 away for an overpayment. you see, am wondering what is best to do? whack it straight off a debt as an overpayment or to save it until i have enough to offer a settlement figure (but risk needing and spending it in the mean time?) quandries quandries.

    Help!!!

Also managed to get a very difficult case accepted yesterday after 3 weeks of hard fighting with the lender to get it through, got "welldone" e-mails from LM and MD, will be keeping that one on file just in case!! good to feel i am getting it right!!

so much more positive really, even though i feel poo is nice to feel my spirits would be high if i had the energy for them to be! Just nice to see that debt lowering, still a long way to go but getting there.

can't wait for 1st January, I have new year goal plans!!:T

Lots of hugs to one and all.
    xx

Good for you pania - well done!!!! As a difficult case myself, it's good to know there are such sympathetic, responsible and competent mortgage advisers out there. I will certainly be coming to you for mortgage advice when my fixed rate ends in June next year (first question - when do I start looking around for a new deal?)

re the £50 - I'd pay it off a debt now, but that's just me.

I can't wait for 1st January either - I feel some major life planning coming on.

I hope you feel much better soon.

oooh poor Pania...just been reading the last few pages of your diary and I can't believe that bullying idiot...make sure you document everything(incase it's needed later on)..and it certainly sounds like the line manager rather than the MD...good luck with sorting him out

Hiya seaxwyn, how are you good I hope!! Thanks for the vote of confidence re work!! I know of soooo many dodgy advisors out there that falsify info and get found out, charge extortionate amounts or just muck abou tin general really, just not worth your licence to do that and I think having been there it is easier to fight for people with adverse credit as you understand how it feels.
Middle of April would be a good time to start to look around as the mortgage offer can then be out and ready to go in time for you. (re-mortgages usually take approx 6 weeks from start to end but completion can be delayed until needed)

I think you are right, I think I wil overpay someone by £50, maywell be halifax again as i did last month, thats the smallest debt with the exception of provi and I know that it will come directly off the balance. My work head tells me to pay off my old training debt but would be nice on my credit if i could get another default satisfied.

Yep Jan 1st, watch out world!!! major life changes coming on, BIIIIIIG plans!! wohoo!!

Have a great day hon, and thanks, I hope I fell better soon to! trying to get the energy up for a shower, may go for a bath instead, doesn't involve standing up then! he he.

Ey up Miss P, good to hear you sounding positive - well done you! :T

As for overpayments, I would try to save up for a settlement figure if you can be disciplined enough not to touch it (but have to admit that I tried this and failed miserably!)

Good luck with the DFW present buying, I'm trying to get as much as poss for Christmas this month and am doing pretty well with vouchers from surveys etc... plus thank goodness for Amazon marketplace/ eBay/ Hitflip for cheapie books and CDs.

Right must do some work, get on with that recovering and take care ;) xx
