Oh Pania, I am sorry to read of your troubles. You seem to like the actual job so much it is such a shame. I know many people in your profession who are not treated like this. You really need to find a better employer, and pinch some of their customers when you go!

I am fine Pania, thanks for asking. Would like to have a real rant 'cos had a c**p week but it is getting a bit better today, so I thought I would save it!!!!!

Passed my recent promotion exam, last one in my line of work if you know what I mean Pania. My heart isn't in it though, so next stage of process will be torture. perhaps I should jump ship before it gets harder to leave because of increased pay.

    hi pania

I seem to have missed your thread for ages and when I catch up some cr*p has happened - I'm so sorry to read that.

if the client is saying you have done nothing wrong why on earth are the deducting fees from your pay? That is not right!!!

I really hope it sorts itself out - you stand up for yourself my girl and we are all rooting for you.

Hope to catch up with you soon with better news to share

Hi guys, just a little quick update before beddykins to let you know what has been occuring today. Bully boy boss called me this morning after leaving me a quivering wreck for numerous hours, they ARE deducting the money from me and apparently I should view it as a "favour" as they are keeping it in house and not reporting the "matter" (if there ever was one to our AR)!!!
was given a stern warning that if i make any further errors i'll be asked to resign!!!! like !!!!!!!!!!! I have made one mistake since i have been at the company and that was down to a lack of training and deemed to be of noerror of mine whatsoever by the higher management above his lordships golden painted asse!!!
Have decided that it is probably that the AR didn't want me to be employed to start with due to my credit history but knew if they had pulled the plug then and there i'd have had clear grounds for unfair dismissal. So they are probably trying to manage me out of the company. I am not going to let them win!!! I deserve this job and if they try any shenanigans i will have it all documented, everything that has gone on....

Then late this afternoon the MD rang me, expecting a slapped wrist i steeled myself and answered the phone. He'd called to say "welldone" for a case i had submitted, no mention of anything at all.... curiouser and curiouser, beginning to think it is just my line manager that has it in for me.

so, as my sig says I AM NOT A HIPPO, so therefore i will stop wallowing, hippos wallow, humans don't, and take this F!!!!r head on if thats what he wants.

Right off to bedofrdshire, hope all is okk with you guys. big big huga. xxx

  • morning pania - rollercoaster ride springs to mind for some reason. sounds like it is your line-manager; any reason why they might be against you? can you transfer to somebody else somehow? maybe they secretly fancy you ;)
