Evening P, hope you are geared up for all those lovely mortgages over the next few weeks!
Thanks for your input and advice etc earlier today (again!). Perhaps we should have a challenge to meet up without talking about the miseries of being in debt :rotfl:
Thanks for the choccy too - you are a true friend

Hi P! :hello:
I missed the post (sorry!) about your OH getting a new job so I wanted to say congratulations - if a little belatedly.
So....
CONGRATULATIONS ~ MR P!
Also - sorry to read about the car  but as someone else said - at least it came when you had a bigger pay packet. But it's infuriating I know!Bank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Thanks LA and no worries about the belated congrats, he is a chuffdy little bunny bless him.
Ok so, i need a vent, I hate coming on here posting and moaning all the time, hell i've tried not to post so i don't moan but things sometimes need to be said. I know that there aer people in a far worse situation than me and thank god OH is being an angel and being there for me with plenty of cuddles when needed.
Remember the complaint from a customer? Well, Customer has said that it isn't my fault. Yet I found out today that work have reported the matter to our AR's compliance department as a complaint from the customer when the customer hasn't even made a complaint. They have also removed £470 out of my commissions payable to cover a "fee" that they have had to pay on the behalf of the customer. I am so so upset and angry, talk about hit you where it hurts jesus. There has been no conversation with me about what has gone on and i maintain as does the customer I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!!! it is the lender that has made this balls up and the customer is aware of this.
A report of a complaint to compliance is a blo0dy big deal and one that is taken very seriously. I just hope they come up trumps and tell my boss that it is unsubstantiated.
I just want to leave. I am so unhappy I thought i'd landed on my feet initially with this job and employer but it would appear not. I want to tell them soooo much to poke it up their ....... followed by a red hot cattle prod immediately after!
Sorry just needed to vent that, I promise that i will update more often and i promise that i willl stop moaning to. think it doesn't help that i am poorly right now and that always makes you feel more of a misog though.
Love you OH if you ever ever get to read this. times have been hard occasionally but as you say "we're solid". thanks for being there babe. :A xxxx
(I know that he'll call me corney if i ever say that to him so printed here instead!!!;) )

Blimey you are having a rough ride with this firm. Perhaps you need to start looking round for a company that values you as an employee. There must be some procedure that allows you to put forward your side of the case against you. And I would check your contract because stopping money to finance a fee payable because 'they' have decided it should go to this compliance department sounds unlawful to me. If allowed it would surely give them carte blanche to stop money as and when they decide and on the flimsiest of excuses. I would have thought any expenditure should be deducted after the case is substantiated and if you are found 'guilty' not before. Keep your chin up hun. Things can only get better.Mortgage and Debt free but need to increase savings pot. :think:0

Oh crikey pania - that's so harsh.
As Ches said - is there anything you can do to defend yourself/appeal? Otherwise they could take commission away willy-nilly from people with no comeback.
I *do* hope you can find something else hon if this doesn't get resolved soon.
And don't worry about 'moaning'.....crikey! Get it off your chest love!
I don't trust people who never moan anyway....:DBank Balance: In the black for the moment.

Thanks guys is just extra carp to deal with really, no this is a different boss hypno, just try so hard to get things right and thought i was there, back to not sleeping properly again ehich is really getting to me.
I am going to look at my contract ches, don't think any account is being given at all to the fact the client is saying it is the lender as am i but no, punishing is easier than investigating and i am totally sick to the back teeth with it. I'd love to take this to a constructive dismissal tribunal, sooo much gone on that isn't necessarily all here. How are you anyway hon? good i hope?
Gosh LA i must be the most trustworthy person going then!! i'm not like this in real life, hypno'll tell you! (hopefully!) again i think i'll check my contract and maybe take advice. Think they knew hitting me in the pocket would hurt the most, maybe they are deliberately trying to get shot of me, I know our AR didn't want me anyway because of my credit history, i mean how prejudiced is THAT!!!!
Was planning on leaving in about a year as i have been givena golden opportunity to develop my dog psychology and training into a professional level but the plan was to overlap the two until the canine psychology became easier to sustain financially. I tell you I would be in heaven and smiling constantly if i could do that day in day out, just need to get there first!!! xxxdebt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0 -
