I don't think ours break up until the 22/23, i've got friends in Scotland who's kids have broken up and then they go back mid-august I think!? Lucky I never knew what Mufti Day was until I moved here and I kept getting parents asking me if I knew when the next Mufti Day was. I had to plead ignorance in the end :o and ask exactly what did they mean :rotfl: I still call it non-uniform day but at least I know what everyone round here is on about when I hear it now :p

I hope you're feeling better soon, nothing worse than being ill and still having to carry on with housework/kids/work and everything else us mums have to do ;) xxx

Afternoon guys, feeling a bit brighter, been out and got some fresh air, did some shopping, lots of healthy bits bought and also got some contact lens solution, total spend £22.50.

Received £50 cheque in post from n£wvista, that was nice and quick, got a feeling 0nep0ll will take a lot longer, also redeemed 1000 nectar points from Er3wards. Once cheque has cleared i will have hit target for school uniform this month, just another £50 to add at the end of month when I get paid and I will go and buy it all :j.

    Morning guy.

Still not feeling 100%, but keep plodding on and the finish line is in site for the summer hols, so at least I know a break is coming.

Spends yesterday was £20 as I met up with some friends for drinks and nibbles, although I wasn't drinking as I'm still not feeling quite right.

Postie brought me a couple of freebies yesterday, some cereal bars to test, they will go in kids packed lunches and some flash cleaner, so thats saved me a few pennies this week.

Sold an item on ebay last night, only £1.64 but it all helps the savings pot, so that's been added and a small TT of 80p as well. Also received £1 amazon voucher from swagbuck$, seems to have taken me forever to just get that. Don'treally get swagbuck$ if I'm honest.

Todays plans are to go and get some food shopping, so need a list doing, pay in cheque, buy a book that DD needs, tackle iron mountain, bake and sweep and mop through the downstairs.

DH is at work today, so wil need to get kids on board to help me with housework, easier said than done.

I'm sure there is more to update, but I can't remember.

    Take care PWPS.x.

Made another sale this morning on ebay, so £3.86 has been moved to uniform savings, it's only small amounts but it is starting to add up.

Took DD for her book, she had a gift card and I only had to add 49p to it.

Paid cheque in, so hopefully that will clear quickly and uniform target will be hit and can move onto t£sco CC overpayments.

Whilst in town DD saw a bag that she would like for school, will go and get her it next week.

Went to sainsbugs as I had a voucher for £6 of £40 shop, have done this weeks shop (hopefully) and will various vouchers and nectar points it went from £48.47 to £30.12, couple of items bought will do for following weeks meal plan.

Postie been whilst out and he brought me a dog bowl that I have won from somewhere, anyway it's a useful win.

We have rain and I don't like it, although it does feel fresher which is nice.

Yesterday I managed to get a few loads of washing dried outside, need to get it ironed today.

Made a cake yesterday and falafel burger mixture so that's lunch sorted, rst chicken salad and HM bread for tea tonight.

TT of 87p this morning, need to start thinking about next months goals and what I want to achieve, I find I'm more motivated if I have something to aim for, but I need to keep it achievable.

I am also thinking about summer hols and things to do, kids have got to that age where they have outgrown going to the park, bike rides are a good option and DD has her pony which keeps her occupied, I will keep an eye out for whats on at the cinema but this gets expensive and it's hard when you have boygirl, DS would love the transformers film yet DD would hate it. Any ideas please on keeping almost teenagers entertained .
