  • Good morning.

Didn't get to post yesterday, for some reason it seemed a very hectic day.

Checked online banking this morning and rent money has gone in, so tonight I need to sort out paying some bills and working out what to put aside for xmas etc.

Small send yesterday on some fruit and biscuits £4.75, also put some fuel in the car so another £20 spent.

Managed to get to payout on pur£ pr0file:j, so have withdrawn £25, that last couple of pounds has been a long slog to get to, realy annoys me when they don't send you surveys or screen you out when you are close to payout:mad:.

Still waiting on 0nep0ll payment, need to go through my diary and see when I redeemed as it does seem to be taking a long time.

Pasta leftovers today for lunch so should be a NSD.

Off to get children up and get ready for work.

    HAve a good day.
  • I got my onepoll £40 today and i think i was a day or two after you - so if you don't get it soon i'd query somebody:D

  • Thanks Chrysalis.

Still no payment from Onep0ll and I withdrew on the 14th of October, says on their site ca take 30 days, so will leave it until the end of next week and then get in touch with them, am a bit concerned that I withdrew before others and its not arrived.

Had a fantastic day at work today and it feels as though there is a change in the air :D.

Had a small sale on ebay today and also received a £4 payment from p!necone, so £7.75 made today, not much but it all helps.

Small Tesc0 grocery shop should have been £11.68 but after vouchers got it down to £6.87.

Once home from work tonight I cracked on and made a cottage pie, which no one has eaten, DD had asked for a snack hadn't noticed she had sneaked off with a full box of bread sticks and a jar of nutella and scoffed the lot::eek: and then complained she felt sick and didn't want tea:mad:, DS kicked off and made out he hated Cottage pie and DH rang to say he was going out and didn't want tea:mad::mad:. So ds had a sandwich, DD had nothing, I had a sandwich and the cottage pie will be served tomorrow, so at least i'm saved a job tomorrow.

Will do an aldi shop tomorrow, have already done a meal plan and a shopping list, hope it comes in under £50.
  • Have managed to list 2 more items on ebay whilst watching James bond with OH, they are only lowvalue items but they do add up and its another couple of items de-cluttered.
  • Glad you had a good day at work x Cheeky dd for nabbing the breadsticks, mine had birthday cake before going out to tea as my parents came round but at least she ate her meal!

Hope the sales bring in a few more pennies, haven't had cottage pie for ages. One for the menu next week.

  • Good afternoon.

Didn't go to aldi this morning as OH asked me to go and get some feed for the chucks and some other bits and the farm store is in the opposite direction, so went to sainsbugs instead, spent £42.91 there and £4.51 in the butchers, so came in under £50 :D, took DS to get his hair cut another £5 spent, by then we were starving so nipped into chip shop and bought 2 portion of chip spending £3.70, not really a need but a nice treat, also managed to by pass the oldie world sweetie shop as DS had been given a lollipop by the hair dresser:D so he didn't mention it so neither did I:D:D.

This afternoon I'm going to make some choc chip rock buns, nice and filling and cheap to make.

Must also sort bills out later and make some payments.

Quite warm here today and the rain seems to have stopped, I'm sure it will go cooler later so will light the woodburner in an hour or so.

Hope everyone is having a nice quiet weekend, take care.
  • Ooh the choc chip rock buns sound nice, I do the kids rock buns with jam but never thought of doing it with choc chips!!! Which recipe do you use??
