I love your freebies..... I would make a small raspberry tart with them :-)

I made 1p (found on the floor....pennywise) spent £9.41..... (Pound stupid) Xx

Spent my day cleaning kitchen cupboards and writing an inventory.... It's been long overdue. I would hate to tell you how much I've thrown away, being 5 months ..... Or so...... Over date. It a good job, jobbed!!! I feel virtuous now. Clean kitchen cupboards......I wish I could invite someone over just so I can show them!!!!! Mega proud :-)

Part of the £9.41 was on a celebratatory bottle of wine.... So I can chill, otherwise I would be venturing into the bathroom ..... Once I start I can't stop :-) Xx

Loving the Summer Hols so far, and I think £1 on sweets is great.... I usually get fleeced for much more :-) Xx

OMG..... What about that!!! I get so teary eyed when the kids bring in gift for me. I think about each of the parents when they are out shopping, imagining they are thinking about what to buy amongst all their weekly shopping and mammoth amounts of errands that they need to do that day and the fact that they have taken the time out to think about me makes me so humble and blessed.

I received a lovely bottle of champagne from a lovely parent..... Going to save it for my 40th birthday :-). It won't be long!!! But, OMG..... I was overwhelmed x. Such generosity!

Lovely to hear you received some great gifts too. The kids love to see the look on your face when they give them to you. I was given some pretty cool home made cards too..... Fabulosity doesnt cover it :-)))) Xx

  • Yes its a lovely feeling, I love the HM cards and presents the children make, it's lovely to think they have sat and taken the time to make them when they could have been playing on the wii or watching TV.

Wow to the champagne, that's a lovely gift.

Afternoon, very strange not being able to post this morning.

Nipped into town first thing and paid £63 off Halifax CC, made a small shopping list and checked prices online to make sure I had enough money and I emptied loose change from jar into purse I went off with £9.58 to spend in Sainsbugs, shopping came to £8.98 :D, thank goodness for self service tills were you don't feel mortified at filling it full of 1 and 2p's :D.

Got home to find postie had brought me a £20 sainsbug gift voucher from myvoice, now thats what I call sod's law, hubby is working all day today so as a treat I'm going to let him spend half of it on some beer.

Yesterday wasn't a very productive day, apart from making scones and walking the dogs nothing else got done:o:(, seem to have lost my mojo. It was also a NSD.

    NSD - 1/42

  • Hi enchanted, rain started last night and it's still raining now, hopefully it will clear at some point and we will get some more sunshine.

Trying hard to keep up with survey and stay motivated, they can be mind numbingly boring at times.

    Yesterdays surveys;
    ip0ll -65p
    0nepoll - 10p

poor day for them yesterday, but they are usually slow at the weekend, fingers crossed they pick up next week.

On the money front no change from yesterday, purse and bank account is still the same and I'm still at 1 nsd, today should also be a nsd.
  • Morning.

Well it's Monday morning and it feels good not having to run round like an idiot, still in PJ's at the minute, must go ad get dressed.

No change with money, but yesterday was a NSD so I'm now at 2/42, today should also be a NSD :).

    Plans for today are:

    Gut children's bedrooms
    strip and wash bedding.
    bake cakes.
    clean bathroom.
    Keep on top of surveys.
    walk dogs

    Yesterdays surveys again were poor.....

    Inbox p0unds 26p
    T0luna 2200pts

Already had 6 surveys this morning and I was screened out of all of them:mad:.

    Right off to get dressed.
