Morning girls please can I join you as a newbie? I'm Jane 23.. I am 27 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My little blue bump is due 8th of August. anyone else due then?
Also wondered if anyone has had or will be having a 4D scan and how much it cost for what? I am considering one for £160... with sexing (want to double check lol), Cd, Dvd, piccies, gift bag etc... BUT it states that the latest you can have the scan done is at 32 weeks... which is 2 weeks after I get paid And they ask for a £25 deposit to book grrrr.
So a little upset as really want to book it!!!
How are you all today? I am boiling and bump is sore lately. and getting hardly any sleep lol x

Theres a list above stating when people are due/ttc/birth dates etc.

We're not having a private scan-am happy enough with the NHS ones ive had so far, and another in two weeks time. Will be spending my money on baby things instead! Besides-we want a suprise ie sex.

its sooooo hot and i have nothing to do id go out side in the sun but the nieghbours talk about me and im all alone today cant deal with it.they say mean things cuz im only supposed to use my crutches when im going out and thats what i do but instead of asking me why i dont use them in the house or in the garden(unless its a really bad day) ive heard them say im a scammer of some kind grrrrrrrrrr.ignorant ppl.

we arnt having any other scans other than nhs ones either mostly because of the cost.if u can easily afford it then i say go for it.

camping sounds sooo much fun hope the weather holds out for u all x

Hiya. You sound like you're going to the same place I am thinking of going for a 4d scan. I'm only 16 weeks pregnant, so a while to go yet. For everything that you said, it's £160 somewhere in Harley Street in London. I'm not bothering with the gift bag, teddy etc. I'm only getting the scan done as Watford don't tell you the sex and we want to know. It's £85 to get a black and white scan and so I thought I may as well pay the extra £10 for the colour scan. Then they add on £15 to find out the gender and £30 if you want a DVD and we've decided that we do. So our scan will cost £140 in total.

hi polly what company is that with? i have just booked my scan with babypremier. it is costing £160 for a special offer package... which includes a normal scan, cd rom, dvd with moving pictures, sexing of the baby and a gift bag with teddy and pic frame etc. it is simular to what babybond do, but with this one you get it for slightly less (think babybond is £195 for the same!).
so i am sending my £25 cheque for deposit tomorrow, but they have already booked it in for me for june 4th at 12.15pm omg im so excited! i was so worried as dont get paid until the end of the month, and the latest they request you have a 4d scan is 32 weeks. at the end of the month im 30 weeks! lol x

I think the name of the company is Baby Premier, but there appears to be dozens in Harley Street, so not quite sure.

i know i would be moaning if it was too cold but im too bloody warm!!!! its so hot outside and i dont like it! i dont have any summery maternity clothes and its soooo not worth it buying any now!! so i am sweltering in a loose kind of maternity smock top with a vest top underneath!! still no sign of the stubborn bub...wednesday is the day for induction so looks like tis gonna be dragged out kicking and screaming. trying the fresh pineapple thing today! hope every1 else is ok!

Hi there, thought I would say hello!

I'm 31 years old and 11 weeks pregnant (will be 12 weeks on Friday). Got my 1st dating scan on Thursday and I'm really looking forward to it but very nervous also in case there is bad news. Have had a lot of sickness (which has got better this week) and no problems such as bleeding or cramps or anything, so I am hoping it is all going to be ok.

Had a miscarriage last summer at 5.5 weeks and I think that is playing on my mind a bit, have read too much about what can go wrong. Anyone else felt the same sort of nervousness going for their 1st scan?

I had a 4D scan with Poppy and will certainly be having one again with mini-bump too! MIL paid for ours so it was especially MSE . It really is the most amazing experience and I promise you will spend hours watching and re-watching that treasured DVD! (you too, Pollyanna!).
