Does anyone know how you can tell if your waters are leaking????( TMI I know) but someone from work had been losing amniotic fluid in small amounts for a week before they gave her a c-section... I have got 4 weeks left but am sure they are leaking:eek: am going for a growth scan on monday but my oh will be there and if I ask and they say no I will be mortified :rotfl:

pinkprincess - i think if you are continually leaking some fluid you will know about it as you will be constantly wet. If you are leaking contact a midwife straight away.

Good advice, for what its worth, my amnio fluid was pale pink, but it can be hard to tell.

Wonder if Miss_Be has had her baby - she must have done by now.

I'm still here, 3 days overdue. Thought he was coming last night when i woke with lower back pain but no such luck.

havent been on much OH has been ill and ive been to tired.
very happy as we now have a cot,a pram from ebay cost £25,moses basket for free with stand,steriliser from mil with bottles,newborn clothes from my mum and mil,some cot sheets and bidding on a car seat for £2.00.

we havent even had the maternity grant yet either so i feel very proud to be ahead on everything and for less than £150 for it all:D:Dless things to worry about when hes born in july now.

Cathie - Alice arrived 17 February at 1700 weighing 7lb 5oz

PROBABLY GIVEN BIRTH BUT TOO WORN OUT TO LOG ON LIST

I'm having guilt pangs today about all the things I have done wrong in pregnancy.

My baths are too hot (though I just "tea-bag")
I eat too much sugar
I've had the odd glass of wine (though this seems to have crept up to 2 or 3 glasses a week)
Soft cheese has crept under the radar
Loads of eggs the have been on the runny side.
tea
nuts! (though isn't the rule on this changing?)
Only found out last week i wasn't supposed to be eating honey - had loads of the stuff!
Lifting heavy stuff cos i don't have the patience to wait for OH to do it.

Aaaargh!
