3KIDS - you're having a rubbish day and it's got on top of you. It'd get on top of any of us, you poor thing.:grouphug: Try and have a nice long soak tonight and face it all with fresh eyes tomorrow.

I'm absolutely shattered today. Just been one of those days where I've bounced from one thing to the next and now I'm really struggling to keep my eyes open. I'm going to have my hair done tomorrow and am going to totally switch off for hours. I can't wait.

Thanks everyone for your kinds words - i have definitely had a naff day and haven't stopped crying. My hormones are all over the place. Midwife is coming tomorrow morning to give me a sweep - does anybody know if you just carry on as normal afterwards or are you supposed to rest. After i had one with my son it was late so i just went to bed. Not really looking forward to that. OH is going to take on the school appeal so i am going to try not to worry about it.

hi all,
hope your all okay. Anyway- I have had a bit of leaking (lovely I know!) I thought I had just got incontinent lol! but apparently its been my waters leaking. And I had a bit of a show (no blood though- just looked like discharge!)
I rang the midwife in a panic this morning as i wasnt sure what it was and she sent me to hospital to get checked over, and i was told that im in the early signs of labour! What a shock, i had a backache yesterday but just put it down to doing gardening!
Im in quite alot of pain now though- well not really bad pain just really achey and stiff low down - I asked OH for a massage and he said no as his hands were aching from work- what a pig! I couldnt believe it! Hes so selfish- it really upset me!
So i am just sitting at home waiting for something to happen- which is horrible as I know this can take god knows how long!!!! The midwifes were actually really crap and didnt give me any clues on what i should and shouldnt be doing!!
So i just hope its no days and days as i dont think i could cope now ive been told that apparently I'm in the early stages...it all seems a bit surreal really!!

Hi Guys,

Just to let I gave birth to Ember on Mothering Sunday at 00.18. I ended up having a hospital birth that went really well. I'll write more once things have settled down. She is an absolute dream. Here's a little pic:
