  • Thanks for your replies. Sounds like you had a terrible time izoomzoom when you were pregnant before. The last lot of worm medicine i got was from the dr, who reluctantly prescribed it saying that it was so cheap to buy (it isn't), this time i have bought some myself from the chemist. Just don't like to keep giving it to the kids. Info in medicine says it can cause 'long term use above recommended doses ....." what does everyone take this as meaning?

Congrats Fac! my 2nd child was born with the cord around their neck and past meconium but i was discharged after 6 hours, it must be quite common so i am sure all will be well.

And Good Luck Ginvzt - hope to see your name on the other list soon. I just can't wait to get to the top.

SPD seems really common. I had it in my 2nd pregnancy and it was agony. Got pains there again, but i think it is varicose veins, a dr told me it is probably SPD but having had SPD before i am pretty sure that it isn't.

Hi Sunflowergirl - I haven't had my leg looked at yet. I was hoping that it might just go away of its own accord. If it gets worse or is still there in a couple of days then I'll get it checked out. Thanks for the info though.

3Kids - I hope that you can get rid of the little blyters. It must be even more frustrating after all the cleaning that you've done.

Ginvzt - good luck to you. I hope that you can get pg soon. I've know that hypnosis and relaxation techniques can help speed things up as you can make sure that you're in optimum mental/emotional working order ready to receive a little life. It might help.

Ab7167 - good luck with amusing yourself during this home straight! I'm only 23 weeks and I'm finding it difficult to fill my time with stuff. I end up looking on all my fav websites so many times a day. DVD's have been a life saver and also getting rid of normal TV has helped too. Too much Jeremy Kyle can't be good for you.

Torkijo - Congratulations to you. It sounds unfair that the NHS doesn't recognise the 29th of Feb as a day. I guess it would be something to do with inputting information and an anomaly such as an extra day probably confuses things too much. It's probably easier to ignore that its there. I don't know for sure though.

    Hello everyone

Congratulations FAC - I'm sure you'll come up with an excellent name you can both agree on soon.

Well am now top of the list with beckyC (didn't renstar post a birth two weeks ago?) but my boy is showing no signs of making an appearance yet despite being 1 week overdue (41 wks today!) - very frustrating esp. as my home birth gets more unlikely with time.

so hopefully tonights the night that the annoying but not especially painful BH contractions become the real thing!!

Hi all, its been awful without the site, I didn't realise how much I rely on it ! I've been logging on several times a day just to see if it was back up. Lets hope Martin sorts it all out. :T

How is everyone ? I've finally finished work, due in 17 days. Just been for a mother-to-be massage, it was wonderful, really relaxing. ;)
