Good morning All,
I've awoken really early today by my burning leg and need for food! It's quite amazing really as I have never got up this early in my life apart from when I was already awake and probably going to bed. How things change eh?
Well I hope everyone has a lovely day. I've some hours to fill before OH and SD are awake, so round and round I go on the internet! Happy baby bubbles to anyone who needs them. xxxBaby Ember

Thanks for updating the list.
Think I have realised that it isn't going to make the waiting feel any less .... .
Re the marzipan (can't remember who asked) - ooooh, I love that stuff, and I don't even need to be pg to eat it by the slab. Although I am not fussed about eating nuts, I am sure it is made from almond nuts so if you are worried about that kind of thing, you have your answer.
I have started to put a wet facecloth on my hotspot, can't bring myself to try the peas, but we might still get there. I get so tense with the pain, that I have started to do my breathing exercises, in order to try and calm myself. (OMG how am I gonna get through labour without pethadine ???). Someone mentioned that it might be baby's bum and it does seem to be in the general area. I haven't started to engage yet, as my notes from Mon say 'at brim', but perhaps that explains why it is not on my bra line anymore.
Congratulations Fac, and thanks for updating us. You did fantastically for 11 hours, WOW!0 -
Hi everyone, hope you are all OK.
I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. Mentioned in previous posts that my kids have had threadworms recently and despite me taking big hygiene measures (i suffer with OCD so clean constantly) I seem to have worms again. Bit worried as I have a lot of discharge which i have had for quite some time and had swabs so lots of things have been eliminated. Been reading up and it seems you can get worms in the front as well as the back and this can cause discharge. Got appointment with Dr late next week (as my dr is away and i don't want to see anyone else). Also going to treat the kids again, but was worried about giving them the medicine again as it contains alsorts. Plus all this cleaning is really doing my head in as i always clean lots but have had to go into overdrive.
Could mention lots of other things that are going wrong at the mo but will save them for the dr.
Promise I will post something positive soon!!!now mum of 4!!!0 -

Please, don't worry, I am sure everything will be fine. And you don't have to be posting positive things - we are here to share!!!!
Well, I am not pg yet, but I am really looking forward to get to the list!!! It didn't happen this month, maybe more luck next one?... I feel so tired now even not being pg, I can't imagine how will I cope with it when I will be one - nothing seems to help - sleep, coffeee, relaxing evening!!!!! Maybe weekend will do good?
Congratulations fac!!!! I am so happy for you - you have your beautiful boy next to you now!!!
Good luck to all of you taht are nearly or already due!!! Hope you will have your babies soon as well!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
3Kids, having lived in a country where the children played outside all year round, I used to regularly de-worm them. However, since coming to this country, we haven't and it isn't like they play in soil or with animals anymore.
However, you might find that the over the counter worm medicine that you are treating your children with is no longer effective against the threadworm you mention (can't remember what that is btw), so it might be worthwhile getting your children down to the GP and get them something on prescription.
When I was pg with DS2, I got gastroenteritus(sp), and coupled with morning sickness I was very ill and ended up on a drip in hospital for 4 days. It took about about 6 weeks to eventually find out what was making me ill (some parasite) and it turned out that the medicine they had been giving me was the correct kind, I just needed seriously strong dose to eventually kill the parasite. I must have had 4 lots of blood tests done, and it was only the last one, where they eventually found what it was. After they gave me my 3/4th prescription, now for the strongest dose, I was fine but it was a terrible time.
Hope you get it sorted soon.0 -
OMG i'm number 15 on the list. That's gone very quickly, considering when I added myself I was number 60 or so...
Nothing much happening around here, just sat around waiting for things to happen. I can't really work cos it causes too much pain with SPD, have no other children to look after - so am basically doing nothing at all. Lunch with friends every now and again, but that's it really. I know this may sound like a dream to some people, but it is actually quite frustrating! Keep emailing friends at work to find out how my jobs are going, which I'm sure irritates them...
shelvis - my SPD is exactly like that, it's so frustrating - I can sit all day long, but the minute I try and walk I'm almost on the floor... OH keeps wanting to take advantage of our last few weeks alone by taking me out to dinner - which is lovely, and means I don't have to cook or wash up - but I have no room in my stomach for large lovely restaurant meals! And I like to be curled up (on my left hand side :-)) by about 9pm these days, so am not the greatest of conversationalists...
does anyone else get frustrated when they can't sleep and there is a sleeping person in the bed? I actually work OH up the other night to complain that he was "sleeping offensively at me on purpose". Didn't go down too well at 2am, unfortunatley...

:rotfl: that's really funny!! Yes i do feel like doing that. I have woke him and told him to get out into the spare room as his breathing and snoring were keeping me awake (it wasn't i couldn't sleep anyway) but it does feel better to not suffer alone - arne't we mean!!0
