Well I've been asking it to for the last 15 Mins and I can't do it.

It works splendorifically. I've set it to autorecord all calls both incoming and outgoing and it saves them as titled MP3s (inc. other parties' number and time/date). The quality is great. I'd recommend it to anyone. It's superb.

Outlook is the right program. when you first connected the phone did it ask you to create a relationship? Once connected you should be able to click on tools and choose what you want to sync
