...So, knowing that WBAC are "on the make"...
Company exists to make profit shock.
There should be an investigation.0 -

They probably wanted to sell it via CarCraft for a highly inflated retail price with a high APR finance deal to the desperate/stupid.0 -
The Kia main dealer has to offer a bit more to shift an unpopular make of car.
Our local Kia dealer had to switch to Fords because they hardly sold any.0 -

Funny that - Vauxhall, Ford, Fiat, Renault also offered the same
They're hardly unpopular now either are they given the amount they sold during scrappage etc along with their sister company Hyundai? :rotfl:
Your local Kia dealer were probably crap and lost the franchise - is this the same Ford dealer you were moaning about not wanting to give you a discount? :rotfl:0 -
Maybe I should go to Specsavers because I don`t see Kia mentioned in the best selling cars for 2010. :rotfl:

..... because Ford offer fleets big discounts unlike as you seem to be noticing their private customers? :rotfl:
I know which I'd rather drive.0 -
We sold our car to WBAC today. Went to Car Giant first and was offered £2400 part ex, but had read on here that they don't offer the highest prices, so even though am still planning on buying from them, we went to WBAC and got offered £2800. Slightly less than the £2950 quoted online but I have to be honest and say I didn't have any idea on how they classified Severity 1, 2 etc on their site so just put everything as minor - which wasn't accurate.
Anyway it all turned out very well, bloke we dealt with (in Hounslow - bizarre one room office in MASSIVE nearly empty tower block - quite creepy!) was really nice and I didn't feel pressurised at all - OH didn't even get shirty, which he does do quite well (when the bloke in Car Giant tried to sell GAP insurance he realised quickly when OH says NO he means it) so yes, from my own personal experience I would recommend....
Back to Car Giant now to pick up new car and hopefully theat all turns out well - on way out today newly bought car in front of us broke down - does not fill me with confidenceLittleMissInDebt0 -
Amazes me the bad feeling here for Webuyanycar! They are just a business looking to make money out of convenience. You're under no obligation to accept their offers, so if you don't like it just walk away. They're not scammers, parasites, people of low morals etc etc. They're simply traders looking to buy cheap and sell high. That's what every business does.0
