just thought id say that my sons girlfriend has just been and she works on the checkouts, apparentley when they sign onto the tills it now tells them that they can only accept one clothing voucher and only if they have purchased clothes .. so not sure to try anymore.

Looks like I may have been lucky then?
Was served by a 16/17 year old boy who couldn't have looked more uninterested in his work if he had tried! He did actually look at every coupon I gave him, but still scanned them all;)0 -

Originally I had planned on just getting the freebie toiletries and giving them away but because several shops lately have resulted in me paying for these giveaways it is costing me more than I had planned and with the extension coming in a couple of thousand over budget I cannot keep shopping in the hope that my vouchers will be accepted everytime.

welshy thats a fair point and a valid one. I too have had vouchers rejected in the past for h&b. Im afraid i havent paid for them, i just appologised and left the shopping because i cant really afford not to have to vouchers rejected. thats why i dont stray from my known cashiers now
good luck though with your points online welshy

Hi!
I have never used any H&b or quit vouchers so I need somebody who can help me out. If I bought £5.00 worth of beauty products and I use the self - scan till, could I use more than one voucher or as soon as I have the first voucher scanned the till would not be able to deduct anymore as my shopping money is going down... do you use the same type of vouchers or mix them? Do you use the colgate and mouth wash if you haven't bought the products?:rotfl:
Thank you0 -
It seems like seasoned couponers have 'been there, done that' and putting their coupons to the recycle bin!!! I suppose there only so many Toiletries that can be stored in the Domestic household!!! Might be just in time._____________________________________________

I'm not the best person to help you, as I haven't been using the vouchers for long myself. Until recently I only ever used the selfscan tills, but there is a limit to how many vouchers you can use before the till asks for approval - which is usually after it has allowed you to have approx 20% off your bill. You may get away with using more vouchers at a normal till if you get someone nice. However, It is difficult to judge who is nice and who isn't. I am thinking of reverting back to the selfscan tills because at least I know for sure how much I will get knocked off my bill. The staff at my local store will approve any vouchers on selfscan tills, but they are not so quick to allow them on the normal tills, which is very odd!0
