Sanex glitch still takes off £2.48 per product, even when buying small sizes for £1.79. And I think some peeps have risked the Morrisons coupons on the SS tills but don't think it's a good idea as Tesco cannot get their money back on those. They'll scan, but shouldn't really.

Went to 3 different stores today and was treated differently in all 3. 1 took all, 1 took all apart from £1H&B and another took one of each denomination??!!
I think it's the luck of the draw

sanex handwash is 1.89 but still takes off 2.48 just in case you're fed up of shower stuff.

I did a small shop today primarily to get some essentials such as cat food, anyway, thought at the same time I would do 2 x £10 h&b shops.

I chose a SA at random, the quickest one and the nearest one, she was saying they had all been briefed about the tesco voucher policy and that it was only vouchers accepted for products that had been bought.

She told me that I would be surprised at the cheek of some people going there with wads of vouchers and expecting things for pennies ................ and that the briefing and re-confirmation of the voucher policy had been due to these coupon users.

She then took my h&b vouchers, pausing slightly at the different pictures and denominations and then commented that it was strange that the till would accept so many tesco specific vouchers.

I had planned on getting the sanex but could only find the big bottles there. My 2 till spits for half price lactose milk and low cal could not be used as they did not stock the items.

I bought the Sainsburys magazine but it seems to be mainly filled with Sainsbury specific vouchers.

Do any of those work in Tesco?

I have had a similar response about using vouchers today. I went to my usual lad who usually scans everything i give him- he cant be bothered to type in any that don't scan though. He couldn't care less if my shopping bill came down to 1p! Sits there mumbling how he hates tesco, looking for another job etc.... Today he said he had been told to check all coupons from now on and only to accept 1 of each. He couldn't have checked that well as he took one of the expired clothing coupons!

I have to agree with the previous post re Tesco accepting MOC, the store I was @ today made me feel like I was breaking the law, she checked and checked every voucher but in the end she accepted them all.

I think my Tesco has fixed the tills to only take one of a coupon, where last week i bought 4 John Freida sachets and 4 coupons scanned against them in the same transaction, today i got 2 but only 1 coupon would scan and i asked the sa to try it again but the till just bleeped and would not take it.

Also i have not been using my clubcard for my shops lately where i have used lots of coupons due to "paranoia"! However can anyone confirm if you can have your points added afterwards or another day by just taking your receipt in and then wont it just be from looking at the total amount on the receipt, i mean they won`t bring up the receipt details will they and then the coupon use would not therefore show on my clubcard??:)

They just take the total number of points at the bottom where it tells you how many you could have earnt
