im quite new at this but the pampers can be used for anything and the 40p colgate i have used two of them on a bogof mcleans whitening (one for the toothpaste and one for my shopping-maybe i could have used three not sure) and if you do a £10 h & b spend making the £10 up with bogof's (make sure uyou count all the prices even thr bogof ones to makr the £10) you could use 2 of the £1.25 hb coupons

whats the deal with glitches at mo? any good ones, as i now have a few vouchers to use...

going later on any help appreciated:o

whats the deal with the DAILY MAIL £4 ones now - people say they shouldn't be used - yet when i used these before they asked me when it was in paper, and my happy scanner (one of about 6 in my local:eek::j) said that they'd 'all cottoned on to this now - AND THAT THEY ALL USE THEM TOO!) So surely its ok to use? even the supervisors said they're fine - only one or 2 per transaction though....i don't get it. they will only take the internet ones if you buy it though.
    hi!!:rotfl:
can someone please tell me what the daily mail voucher is? thanx:beer:

The Daily Mail £4 coupon is a book coupon that comes out on the first Saturday of the month [but was early last month] and the following Friday. These coupons are the cause of some controversy, but are normally accepted at Tesco and do scan ok.

Thanks to Debbie who is sending me some vouchers I can now give this a go.

I have worked out a shopping list
    2x palmolive handwash
    2x herbal essences
    2x dove body wash
2x sure for men shower gel

if I have got this right the total before BOGOF would be 17.56
then take off the BOGOF = 8.78
    then 2.50 h&b = 6.28
    then 2x 1.25 QK = 3.28
    then 4x 1.00 h&b = -0.72

so I would be 72p in credit with any other shopping.

Is it best to buy lots of other stuff as well to discuise all the coupons and free stuff. I have also seen that the QK coupons say 1 coupon per transaction so is it the case that most SA ignore this?

Sorry for all the questions I just want to get my list ready for when my coupons arrive so I can give it a go, I love getting stuff for free especially as having a young baby is so expensive.

You could, sa allowing, use 3 x £1.25 Quit plus, if you have them 2 x 70p Palmolive shower gel So Beautiful coupons.. against the Dove NOT the Palmolive handwash.

You are only supposed to use 1 each of any of the H&B, So Beautiful and Quit coupons per transaction, so it really does depend on finding an sa who will just scan them all. I've done ok with that recently, but not every time.. its a case of take the rough with the smooth on that and be glad of the savings you make.

If you rounded up your BOGOFs to £20 you MIGHT be able to use 2 x £2.50 and 5 x £1 H&B plus 4 Quit.. but again.. sa allowing. If you buy toothpaste you can use the Colgate 40p Quit against each tube.. any brand.

  • The 70p Palmolive coupon also works on Imperial Leather bubble bath, on offer at 2 for £2. I used two coupons along with various H&B/Quit coupons and they all went though okay.
