Would a posting on the local freecycle site asking for information about any local Tesco with stock be cheaper than the petrol driving to various stores?
Won't do anymore til the new lot of BOGOFS come out as the only thing that i really needed in the last lot of shopping was mouthwash
What are the chances of Colgate being in the next load of offers?
I think you'd get your post pulled PDQ & possibly banned from your Freecycle group.

I have just been catching up properly as have not been able to get on for last few days and would like to say to pixie that I have had problems to when trying to do a larger h&B shop. I have found though that it always goes through ok just doing £10 (before bogof) of h&b at a time. I know it takes longer but am yet to have one refused.
Yes Ive got to agree with that now.....Ive had some fantastic "shops" in the past, handing in lots(really lots) of coupons....but in my stores that may be over, doing smaller shops more often works great for me...44 shops this week, one failure...which was my own fault...and you dont really need to look for students either......Couponing....."every little hurts"

hi all, have spent quite a few hours scrolling through all tesco threads, though i still have few questions.
1. can u use duplicate vouchers? if some which ones can which ones cant?
2. if you end up in credit for extra shopping after head sums. is there a certain way to put through till? ie bargains, coupons then shopping. or bargains, shopping then coupons? or mix the lot together, give coupons and pay difference if any?
3. if you are in credit and dont want extra shopping is there a way of collecting this, ie asda have a top up gift card?
4. am i just complicating something that isnt complicated, cause ive been scrolling forever through the posts, lol x x x:think: Always thinking!

1. Yes (eg. £1.25 QK; spend £10, use 2; spend £15 use 3 etc.)
2. If I understand the question here, then you just put your shopping through in any old order, then hand over coupons when you're told the total. (Best to mix up the order of coupons a bit - ie don't have 3 of the same in a row.)
3. IMHO, its best just to pick up a few essentials like bread, milk etc and then the credit can be used against them. You can buy gift cards to bulk up the total, and I have heard of ppl paying less than face value for them, but I reckon that may draw attention to yourself.
4. We all have to start somewhere! Once you get your head around it you'll be fine; check out post #1 of this thread if you haven't already.

whats the deal with glitches at mo? any good ones, as i now have a few vouchers to use...
going later on any help appreciated:o
whats the deal with the DAILY MAIL £4 ones now - people say they shouldn't be used - yet when i used these before they asked me when it was in paper, and my happy scanner (one of about 6 in my local:eek::j) said that they'd 'all cottoned on to this now - AND THAT THEY ALL USE THEM TOO!) So surely its ok to use? even the supervisors said they're fine - only one or 2 per transaction though....i don't get it. they will only take the internet ones if you buy it though.:heart2::heartpuls:heart2: I WOULD NOT CHANGE MY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER FOR THE WORLD

Not sure whether to go back and get another haul or wait til the offers change.
Do Tesco's always include a BOGOF on toothpaste, mouthwash and shampoo in their batch of offers?
yes, when the offers change there is usually a toothpaste amongst them, we are all waiting for the plax mouthwash BOGOF to come back around,as we will be able to use the £1 plax vouchers from the quit pack too
i find that the oral b tooth brushes that are on BOGOF at the moment are a good thing to stock up on as they take up very little spacedont wait for your boat to come in, get in a dingy and row out to it!!!0 -

Only glitch I'm aware of is that the 70p SB works on the Dove (on BOGOF at the mo).
The DM coupons can't be redeemed by Tesco as far as we know; but most stores do still accept them as a goodwill gesture/out of naivity.0 -
Hope this helps someone.
Went to Derby at the weekend and popped into Ilkeston store (hope i've spelt it right) Loads of coupons on Beauty aisle. H&B and SB.
Go for it!!Newbie Comper
