I know, how funny! I've been doing the H&B tesco thing all year now so am pretty familiar with it. (And have quite a collection of toiletries too). Unfortunately if you're on such a tight budget the only thing you can do as someone above said is, if they refuse the coupons just say oh I'll leave it then and walk out. It's better if you try not to get embarassed about it or make a big deal of it as then you draw attention to yourself, and just do it. Be tough. As time goes on you find it easier to spot SA's who will be likely to take any coupons and you get used to your locals interpretations of their policy. Touch wood, Ive probably only had about 3/4 refusals so it is defintly worth it, I also have particular SA's I go to and know when they work, which all makes it much easier. Im sure if you give it a go and you have a good shop, you'll soon be as hooked as us lot on here. :D

There were both SB and H&B in Baguley, Manchester today, on a small table near the cosmetics aisle. Hope this helps someone.

Must admit I may have to resort to buying of e-bay - I havent found any in the 3 stores Ive looked in & my friend has checked out another 2 & come up with nothing.

Its not so easy now kids have broken up as they dont like trailing around after me looking for coupons

Ok, that is more than good enough for me!

So on a £10 JF spend you could use two of the Quit pack £1.25 coupons plus the new So Beautiful coupon for £2.50 . Here is hoping that they have not fixed the Tesco computers so they still go by the full value before the 3 for 2 kicks in.
Just checked the prices and at Tesco and JF seems to be mostly £4.48 so three of these would be
    3 x £4.48 = £13.44
so you might as well make your spend up to £15 by spending another £1.56 on beauty and toiletires. This could even be 3 lots of toothpaste so you could use three 40p Colgate coupons. So on a £15 spend
    £15 - £4.48 for the 342 = £10.52 minus £2.50 SB = £8.02 minus three quit coupons £3.75 = £4.27

So ideally you need a kind till girl who will also scan another large value coupon as well
    Mary

would this combination of vouchers work on the self scan anyone please ???? without it beeping and calling for assistance :o

i dont mind going through the normal checkout if i have lots of other shoppping to disguise all my goodies but i cant keep stocking up on everything everytime.

anyone tried it in self scans yet please :)

Keep a look out for Out of date SEL's peeps!

I got DTD on Imp Leather handsoaps and Lynx deodrants sprays today as they had left the yellow SELS dated 17/07 in place.

I did have to remind CS of their own DTD policy both times though!

Has anyone any spare H&B coupons??

The store i normally go to, is very close to all that nasty flooding and i dont fancy being headline news in the Sun - "Tesco h&B nut ignores advice not to travel in search of *coupons"

*just for Leadhead... in The words of Richard (from Richard and Judy) 'Welcome back'
