Thanks Ragtimeplayer and Miss_Money for your responses! There are no go lower bars at my local and the 44p slimfast ones were sold out! So I got:

    4 x Foot sprays £1.98 (BOGOF)
    Indigestion tablets 0.89

Used the usual suspects (QK and 2 x peach healthcare)

Also used a 50p MOC so was left to pay pennies. Will defintely get some sleep aid this week as I had enough for one more transaction!

    Hi

I've read the first few posts about what to do with H&B vouchers, and I managed to get my first Quitpack last week. However, I am still unsure what to do with the vouchers. Most of them were for 40p or a £1 off a specific products.Am I just interested in the ones that are like £2 off when you spend £8? And, should I be only buying BOGOFs when I use these so the till takes off the original price.

Sorry for coming across as a bit wet. Everyone seems so advanced in knowing how to play Tescos...

    Any help would be appreciated.

I also agree. I prefer to giveaway on pts but even then do not always get a thanks. The last lot I snet out 4 piles of vouchers and did not receive a thankd for any of it. I must say I find it better on pts as when I receive vouchers through swaps/giveaways I always respond by giving that person a rep point and leaving my name - and ragtime player was one of them ;)

And you were one of the two that did thank me chicken, and it was much appreciated!

Unfortunately if youve only got the Quit pack, theres not much saving can be done.

Yes you should be buying things that are on bogof.

The £2 you have is a £2 of Health Care coupon, this is completely different to the Beauty and Toiletry coupons we talk about.

To use the single £2 coupon you need to spend £8 or more on Health care...buying bogof stuff(very limited at the moment) so when you get to the till your £8 becomes £4 after bogof which becomes £2 after you use your £2 coupon.

You really need to try and find some of the HandB leaflets that are out(only valid till 8th July) and combine your £1.25 Quit with the £2.50 and £1 Beauty and Toiletry coupons from the leaflet.

This way by buying the correct combination of T and B bogofs you can reduce your £10 shop to £5 with bogof then to 25p with coupons, and thats providing the SA only accepts one of each., many SA's accept multiples.

    Good Luck

hi, do you mean £2 off healthcare? if so i can find you some. local shop is out of stamps though so i'd need an SAE and it would probably have to be first class in order to get them back to you before your H+B coupons run out.

    hi,

there are two kinds of vouchers - the ones for healthcare and the ones for toiletry/beauty. the quit pack has £2 health and £1.25 toiletry. if you can get some peach H+B coupons you can use those as well, they will have £2.50 and £1 toiletry and also £1 health.

if you are desperate i can find you some peach H+B but it's leftovers so i only have the £2.50 toiletry and the £1 health. if that's any good to you then please pm me, and send an SAE.

keep hold of your toothpaste vouchers because you can use them on 21p toothpaste, and the till gives you 40p off so you're in credit :D

Hi - I never get H&B sheets in my local store but loads of the quit packs. If you see any more quit packs always try and get as many as you can, as what I do is buy £10 worth of BOGOFs, then use 2 x £1.25 vouchers. Shop then equals £2.50 which I still think is not bad for £10 worth of toiletries (so, £10 worth of goods, till takes £5 off for BOGOFs, use 2 x £1.25 vouchers, takes another £2.50 off, then you are left with £2.50 to pay:D ). Not as good as combining with the H&B sheets or the So Beautiful vouchers, but still a bargain IMO.

Thanks for all your replies. I'll keep an eye on the BOGOFs and see what I can do. I look forward to seeing what Tesco 'leave out' when the H&B vouchers expire on the 8th.
Sometimes I just feel like handing over all my odd coupons to the cashier to see if any come off. Does anyone do this? I had loads of those Blue clothing vouchers, but they didn't go through the till as I hadn't bought any clothes!
