Just been onto First Direct website and they have introduced the new system. The problem now is that you can't sort your DD and standing orders in order. I briefly logged on to my FD account this morning and saw that it looked a bit different. I will have a closer look later. I also like to put my DD's in order for the same reason.0 -

I sent a secure message asking them why I was no longer able to sort Direct Debits by last paid date. May be worth others doing the same so they take the issue more seriously.
What would be even better is if they re-instated the sort function but also allowed the list to display Direct Debits paid that day rather having to wait until the following day.0 -

You can 'show all' and if that's still not enough you can look at the last 6 years of statements.0 -
