HSBC still have the pending transaction option, it shows BACS payments in and DD' going out.
Would be good if First Direct online had this as I find it useful.Bad luck breeds bad luck.
Damn I'm doomed.0 -

I know, I'm not really sure what to make of it all. I do have one complaint, or rather question, about FD though, and that is they've been talking about a fancy new credit card with the possibility of cashback for a while on their website, but no sign of it coming anytime soon!0 -
If they want to make me leave all they will need to do is introduce the silly secure key thing that hsbc have done for internet banking.
TBH they are already loosing me as a mortgage customer by no longer offering a 5 year fixed offset product so there is a good chance my current account will go soon too - most of the DDs have already gone to a Santander 1-2-3.I think....0 -

Nat West,Santander and Halifax are much better when it comes to looking at statements.
Please explain - does the View All option not help this?0 -

They are only highly rated on their customer services which I agree is excellent. But their savings rates are awful, except for their regular saver. I would have liked their 3% interest rate for isa to be set at £30,000 rather than £40,000."Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

At minimum I concur they should show pending transactions on internet banking0

The day they do that would be the day they lose 99% of their customers.0
