Potholes at work

Where I work the car park is littered with GIANT potholes. My employer doesn't own it though; they rent it. I am considering complaining as I think it will damage my car if I make a wrong move and go into one awkwardly.

Before I bother complaining what are my rights and who do I complain to?
If I end up with a damaged car where do I stand legally?

You have the right not to use the car park and that is it, if you have to walk across this car park to get to your work then that might be a different matter.

Yes unfortunately even if I don't park in it I have to walk across which is just as hazardous.

I don't pay to use the car park no.

As for the other people who clearly think I'm talking about minor potholes... how can I describe it... it's like the surface of the moon!
    I'll upload some pictures.

Imagine I took pictures of the rest of the car park and it's all like this. (I'm too lazy for that). It's hard to tell how deep it is from the picture. About 10-15cm deep.

Maybe they're not potholes but inverted speed bumps?

in most car parks you're only supposed to do 5mph, shouldn't do any damage what so ever. potholes are more of a hazard on public road with national speed limits.

Also it's private land, so the land owners can do what they like.

Union is unlikely to take this up, they probably have bigger concerns than potholes at a car park.
