Argos MasterCard - 3 months interest free on everything

My OH got a similar offer.

2% on all ARGOS spend, 1% everything else - vouchers to spend in ARGOS.

It was postal marketing offer. (don't know how they got our details - but that's a nother matter).

Again, nothing on website about this.

I wonder what's going on !?

I applied for the card and received it today. They've sent nothing at all to me about this MoneyBack promotion apart from the original mail. I'm a bit worried no one will know what I'm talking about when I ask about it. If it goes to plan 10% cash back at Argos is a good deal.

Just called and asked about the cashback and they said it was only 2% on Argos purchases but 1% on non-Argos purchases. But I definetly have a leaflet telling me about 10% at Argos.

Anyone got one of these cards? I don't think they've been a hit and they got withdrawn for new customers a while back. Today I got a letter to say they're withdrawing the cashback offer. This was the best credit card I ever had because I got an invite-only 10% cashback offer on Argos purchased but I'm going to cancel it as soon as the offer closes.
