Don't know. Soz. Could check your small print. Or ask them. Failing that you could always apply, see what they say, if you don't mind the credit check.

Yep, no problem having Egg & Egg Money Cards.

Only thing is they may not give as high a limit on the Egg Card because they have already given you a credit facility on Egg Money, so maybe an idea to reduce the limit on Egg Money before applying.

Well according to Argos, barclays are the reason the apr has gone up they underwrite the card. they are upping the apr from 17.9% to 20.9 22.9 25.9 and a whopping 29.99 and they are selecting customers according to a CSA person those that don't pay off there balance in full, or thats how it came across to me on the phone. The 3 months interest free opotion is not at risk according to them as well. the min payment is dropping from 3% to 2.5%. Credit limits are being dropped as well so just thought i,d post this info.

My friend got a letter from Argos Mastercard advertising 10% cashback on Argos purchases and 0.5% on anything else. The cashback is in Argos gift vouchers and you need to spend "£500 a month".

I don't know the exact details but 10% cashback at Argos sounds quite generous. It isn't on the website but I've seen a letter advertising this so maybe it's invite only. Anyone else seem this or got any details?
