I did an assignment at a well-known DIY store for Gapbuster today and have just expressed the assignment.
I had to enquire about an item costing over £80 and then make a small purchase.
Nowhere in the questionnaire does it ask what I enquired about or the names and/or descriptions of the assistants who served me, and at the end it didnt ask me to upload my receipt.

Aren't these competitor ones, meaning they have no was of verifying who you spoke to etc, effectively meaning there's no point in you giving them a receipt (or indeed attending the shop at all?!!)0

Is anybodyelse having problems trying to submit reports? The new system won't allow me to get to the reports. I can log on and access my personal details. I have tried to phone them, no one answers the 0800 help number - just a recorded message, so I emailed. No response yet.0

To my knowledge they only answer the phone during office hours. I'd try it again after 9am.0 -

The company paying you to do the shop, isnt the shop you go to!!!
So, shop A sends you to shop B to find out what they have on offer, and what sales techniques, items they are promoting etc.0 -
Hi There,
I have just sat and read through 37 pages and think I'v confused myself beyond belief about something that is supposed to be fairly easy to understand
I want to earn some extra pennies to help pay off my debts but is this the way to go?
I am due a baby in a few weeks so will I be able to do it with a baby? If so do you find you get less work? I can't imagine it to be worth getting child care forDepends, some mystery shops say you have to go on your own, some dont specify and some you need a child (but very rarely tho)
I don't drive so would that be a problem? Might be, depends on where you live, and if you can walk or bus to the shops.
I've also read that some people make loses on jobs, how do you make a loss? Surely the company has to pay out expenses and give you a 'wage' for doing the job? This is normally when you travel to far, and end up with lots of petrol expenses etc - all the companies ive worked for tend to pay expenses, but im sure someone might be able to give you more details - companies dont pay much, so i havnt really been able to make much money but ive not made a loss.
As a rule should you sign up to more companies too increase chances of work? Yes
Also heard about questionnaires and surveys that need to be completed to check for relevance to jobs. Is that the same as paid surveys where you basically say yes to everything to increase your chances? No, you would need to read each question carefully, or you could find you wouldnt be able to do shops for certain firms.
Any help greatly appreciated from a confused one
Hope that helps answer some of your questions!!!0
