Yeah I got one too.
Hopefully it will mean more jobs as I find grassroots a bit thin on the ground.

They seem to send the emails in batches, according to what I've read on other forums.

I've found with Grass roots they only offer me one DIY store or its competitor which is 30 miles away and I'm not doing a 60 mile round trip to do it! At least it sounds like you can just choose ones near you, so hopefully more like RE or Gap in that respect!

Helloooo.
I usually find that some of my paperwork for gap is never ready even on the day of the job, but on the day I find out the questions by part filling some of the questions on the web express, so I get an idea of what I am looking for. Then later on I fill in the form properly.

I did think of that, but they demand that we express within 8 hours but they can't sort their own paperwork out - how hard can it be???
Cancelled both jobs this weekend in the end - useless.
