Hmmm Yeh Bye Sara, and the official title of a mystery shopper is a 'Counter Intelligence Agent'.

It's taken me over a year to build up a reputation as a good MS'er, and I didn't do it by cutting corners, I read, read and re-read the threads.....This is the best and in my opinion the only way forward in the MS game.

As for getting a life, I can honestly say that since doing this kind of work it's opened my eyes to just how many people actually don't have one lol.

Secret agents... well why not?!!! It's called consultancy Sara-rara!

Maz practices raising one eyebrow in the mirror "the names Shopper, Mystery Shopper" Shaken not stirred, oh and can i have a receipt please!----

shame she doesn't have the IQ, sorry i mean the time, to read a 50page thread. she'll have a hard time on most of these boards then as some are hundreds of pages.

We'll miss you, next time we want some nasty cynicism,we'll watch Newsnight!

Which MS company did you do the jobs for?

Oh err, I got 2 from GR today. Is it my lucky day or what? And I have been accepted by Optimum, even got offered an assignment, though I have no idea what I will be doing etc. as there is no blurb. Anyone else work for Optimum? Shed some light please. Ta.
If it is a mystery job as such you will get an email with an activation code. On the hompage to the left is a coloumn. Click on enter scorecard and put in the code. It should come up with a survey for you to look at. There should be some sort of info in the email to what you have to doas well.
If the job is for bulk surveys, there is a link in the same column that takes you to the information on how to do them, and also the surveys themselves.:j
  • And don't forget you have to go to new assignments on your homepage with optimum to accept/decline the job within 24 or 48 hours or it gets passed to someone else.

is it a bit sad that i do have a real life and don't have time to read 50 pages of this thread?

i think what IS sad is the way some people on these forum seem to think being a mystery shoper makes them some sort of secret agent.

think i'll use MY initiative and find another more helpful and friendlier forum. bye
I have been msing for about 9 months. I read the entire thread plus scanned through the internet for jobs and companies. Without this thread I would not have had the good start I did and would not be where I am now. Every now and again I sit and take the time to research new companies and openings for myself. I now have people phoning me to do jobs (only because I'm so bloomin good:rotfl: ). Seriously though. Fair enough to people who say they don't have the time to read through the notes, if they don't want the extra help that is up to them. I have 4 kids, a husband (so 5 kids really:rotfl: ) a house to run, and jobs to do. I have a very real life but I still made the time to look.:T
  • Gosh, I miss one day on the web and there are more than 2 extra pages on this thread!

Anyway, to the person who asked about 2 pages ago about burger assignments, the answer is that you have to be with that MS company at least 8 weeks before you are allowed to train for burgers.

Also, you may realise that the burger company is very upfront in saying that by accepting the assignments you agree to being checked (to see if you have ever worked for them) and videotaped. I assume that this implies that we are NOT videotaped for any other assignments (although I bet banks take photos of everyone who goes through their front door. At least, I hope so!) I have done a couple of assignments where it's actually useful to know that the MS company has no idea which customer I was!!!!! :p
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).
