I have shopped for other companies and they have said they do check the cameras, they do not have to but it sounds like some kind of sport 'spot the mystery shopper'. sounds like they get a report through then they will trawl through the CCTV to find us

Definitely. I have been phoned up by companies and asked things like "The manager queried xxxx about the guy in the blue coat talking to the tall man in the grey suit standing about a metre away from the bar...." Was this you?

I had a horrible one they once described me in such detail. There was a query with my report because of queueing (not my fault!) I will not go back to that place to do a MS again.
It makes a mockery of the whole process when asking for a receipt may as well set off an alarm system and shine a spotlight on your head! Hardly a 'mystery'

Good luck! Let us know how you get on!
Well I,ve done it, was pretty easy really but then only a fiver pay and it did take a bit of time getting there (no car). My travel is free however and nothing else to do today, all good news. I just hope I,ve done good, as they say:rolleyes:

As for being described by managers ect. The best thing about being a woman is you change your appearance (or can) from month to month or even day to day. I can have curly hair and blue eyes one day and straight hair with green eyes the next, high heels, your 5"6, flatties your 5"3.
