hi, finding this absolutly mind blowing. i am just a hard worker , with my hands not my brains, only been typing on computer for about 2 months , so all this go to this site or that site, copy this, paste that, print 300 pages 3 times, great help by very nice people and advice that will surely help a great many people. i know not everyones cases are the same , but surely they cannot be that different, so why cannot something be printed like a book with all the evidence needed and made avaliable to buy. the banks appear to be putting in the same defence to everyone, so why not.obviously i am taking a very simple view, but to me it seems like all the evidence is the same.i followed the template letters up to the point of them acknowledging my courtclaim, now i have not got a clue and reading i do not think i am the only one.i could stand and argue my case no problem but getting the paperwork together no chance.i feel the banks are relying on people like me to bottle it the nearer getting the paper work together gets.again my simple view, courts find against banks, precident set everyone should win and not left to how good you are on a computer. eg, it has taken me 1 hour to type this. thanks.0

Like a lot of people now very concerned after this recent fiasco in Hull today! My hearing 4 July - NatWest. Have done court bundle/solicitors bundle today with correspondence, all docs and relevant case law. However, was this what has been used with these others which are in threat of being thrown out! What can you use to back up you claim? Does anyone know the exact reason why this district judge has threatened to throw these claims out? Need to send off my bundle to court/solicitors early next week so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. EG is it worth setting out how your bank account got into trouble with the excessive charges and is it worth - at this late state - writing to the bank asking for a breakdown of how their charges are applied and how they come by the figures they do? HELP!Nat West - MCOL March - FatWest defended - hearing date 4 July - 2300 claimed and still having charges put onto account!!
HSBC - sent 14 day - still waiting for reply. MCOL by end of week - claiming 795 - eventually paid out £560.
Halifax - sent for statements Feb - cheque cashed - nothing received - reported to FSA - paid up almost amount claimed before official complaint registered with FSA0 -

Unsure i'm in the right place to be putting this comment... first time here...
I am in the process with lloyds, they said they would defend, but never actually filed a defence.. not sure if they have filed a defence with you or just said they are going to file...... I proceeded a request for judgement and they have not responded, so I have today requested a warrant to send in the bailiffs... although not sure what will hapen next, has anyone been here yet....0 -
So posted this earlier:
'Hi, need to find out what happens next, have done all the normal stuff and lloyds had entered an ackowledgment to the summons i did via mcol on the 26/4/07. Went back to mcol on the 30/5 and still no defence was entered by the bank so clicked on enter judgment and today recieved letter from court saying judgment has been entered. do i just sit and wait now?'
So i have been told to ask how to get the money out of lloyds, do i issue a warrant now or contact them? what number shall i call?
The judgement total is £10605.00 and the solicitor who was delaing with this is foot anstey, who will not return any calls or emails.
I have just added thread #820- I had the same problem and spoke to the court and they advised that the next step would be to request warrant to send in the bailiffs, which i have done today.. I waited for month after requesting judgement although I don't think I had to wait this long.0 -
