Best to go into the discussion area II, not surprised your quereing that amount........I would give them a call and tell them that you are not happy with the amount they sent you and your returning it, then tell them you want the full amount owed, but go into the recliam your bank charges discussion area II it is near the top of the threads. Good luck :D

Sorry cuddly, I thought your claim was more than £750 so thats why I suggested the FO but if you really don't want to go via the courts they will handle the claim no matter the amount.

IZZY I'm sure I read somewhere recently that they would look at taking the claim provided you have given the banks 6/8 weeks. Just give them a ring and see what they say.

Send you court letter now and wait the 14 days to see if you get a reply, if not then you can go to the FO.

I think you can do this at midnight and it won't allow you to do it until the correct time. However, be aware that the banks seem to be allowed to enter late or at the last minute.

  • I have checked my claim today against Abbey, and it says the status of my claim is Suspended, I don't know what this means, or if there is anything I now need to do.

    From Moneyclaim:

'' Your claim has been suspended. This can be for a number of reasons. For example, if the claim form is returned by the Post Office not served, this will cause your claim to be suspended. Similarly, the Defendant can make an application to suspend any part of your claim.

You cannot take further action(s) when a claim has been suspended for example request judgments' and warrants.

For further information, please visit the Tutorial for Money Claim Online or contact the Customer Help Desk.''

    Please help!!

    Many Thanks
