  • I have an IVA have had it for over 3 years and am on the downward slope to paying this off thank goodness. Can i claim my bank charges back from these accounts that i put against the IVA and even pay off this IVA how would o go about getting all my details ie bank account numbers and credit card accounts as im damn sure it would pay off this IVA the amount of bank charges i had.. Any help please anybody. Oh and just had 51 pound bank charges from tsb after going overdrawn by £3.87 over xmas when i checked my account before i made my purchase i was in credit or i would have just paid cash.. But it was over xmas period and we all know everything stops working except for damn bank charges CAN WE EVER WIN??????
  • sorry if my question has already been answered elsewhere...but i am new to this...

I was with Capital One for a number of years, and finally closed the account after my cheques aparently arriving with them the day after the deadline, this meant that for the best part of a year every month i was being charged late payment fees.

My query is can i reclaim these charges even though i have now closed the account? If so what would be the best way to go about this.

As a seperate query i wanted to confirm charges incurred on current accounts for going over the agreed overdraft - can these be reclaimed?? Its just that one day i spent £20 (during three transactions) and incurred charges of over £100 - this has started a spiral as they claimed the charges meaning when my mortgage payment came out i was over the limit again, which has meant that for the last three months i keep getting charges....cant seem to find a way out of all these charges! :(
  • HI can annnnnnnnnybody help I need ltsbs address to send my claim form in , I have the statements but don,t know the right address thanks
  • I just been made redundant a few months back had a statement from alliance and leicester to tell me that because a direct debit made me £9.57 O/D they,ve charged me £100 this month I,m at my wits end as instead of £242 in social security I get to feed my family and pay my bills this month thanks to the alliance and leicester I,ve got to try and stretch £142 I,m so determined to take them to court and serve these theives some justice.
