Can any body help me with this,as it says "no later than 7 days prior to the hearing, a completed case management information sheet in accordance with CPR59 should be filed with the court"
has anybody elese had this from the courts?Im fighting HSBC by the way
You have until the 26th September to complete the form so try not to worry too much right now about it. It would help us to help you if you state what parts you need help with.0 -

Take a read through this thread on CAG:
Case Management Information Sheet
It has a lot of information on how to complete the form but read through the entire thread as the help is updated along the way. Dont just fill it in as per the first post.0 -
Yippee and cheers for this website. After following Martins advice literally to the letter we have finally been offered an acceptable offer from The Halifax over charges ecrued over the past six years. We used his templates and went after £1919 plus interest ,and as he advised the bank denied any responsibility the whole way through. We decided to go the FOS route before the court system and right up to this point they were dismissive. Then a letter came through offering us (as a good will gesture)£74 as full and final payment which they automatically put in our account with the option of phoning and asking them to remove it .Obviously we phoned and said we were after a figure much closer to the total of about £2200 which included interest. It was at this point the person on the other end actually became someone with authority at the bank and offered us about a grand . We declined and they came back with £1330 which was about 30% less the £1900. We decided to stick for 25% and by the end of the day we accepted £1440. We propbably could have kept on with the proceedings but i could almost hear Martin saying "they're offering you 75% of the charges, what are you waiting for, grab it and run!"The money will be changed to euros and we are having our holiday spending on The Halifax.
Just to say guys, that where ever you are along the road of reclaiming,STICK WITH IT,all their denial letters are bunk, eventually you will have the phone call from the person with the dosh. BEST OF LUCK0 -
