I consider it to be due to a lack of intelligence.0 -
The ASDA near us is full of potty-mouth mums and their hoard of out-of-control kids, especially on a Saturday. I try to avoid the place!
Most people don't feel it's appropriate to swear at a child. You see it occasionally and it makes you wonder what that child's going to be like in a few years time.
They'll be shuffling around Asda in their pyjamas swearing at their own offspring.;)0 -

They are of no significance to my life so no, I don't care.. Chances are I wouldn't be speaking to them so they shouldn't be listening in on other peoples conversations.. that is more rude.
If I was in their house I would probably abide by their rules.
Outside is neutral ground so I say what I like when I like and if they don't like it they can ... eff off?? lol... in short sharp jaunty pirouettes if they wish.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

What a lovely, compassionate, caring person you sound....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

I am going to have to remortgage and start shopping at waitrose :cool:The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -
There is such a thing as respect for others though...Do what you want in your own house (if you have no regards for your family members), but strangers don't have to be subjected to offensive behaviour. Overhearing someone effing and blinding on the street or in the supermarket is NOT the same as "listening in" to their conversation deliberately, btw.0

Just the impression I like.. that means no one expects anything of me and I don't have to say no.. It is completely the opposite for those I care about and extended to those they care about bar a few... It took a long time perfecting. I stay here (online) because I don't like people in general very much... if I do explore the outside I don't want people thinking I want befriending or anything else .. glad to see it is working
There is the odd event that makes me boil with anger... usually related to vulnerable members of society or politics.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
