Hi smlsave, well done on all the decorating, do you feel like you're nesting yet?:)

Sounds like you have had some lovely gifts from work, enjoy the reflexology, that's what I'm hoping to get into when the little ones are older, I had it a lot when pg and loved it:D

Make sure you put your feet up and rest whilst you can xx

Spent a small fortune in Oxford yesterday which included a bikini, bra and afternoon tea with Mum. :) Amazing how tiring just wandering around can be!

Today I've baked a birthday cake, touched up the painting in DS's room and tidied the place.

Had my last full pay day yesterday so the joint account looks healthy and here's hoping it stays that way. With no big DIY jobs planned for a few months I hope going to mat pay isn't going to be too scary. Although we do need a new wardrobe which I reckon will be a couple of hundred.

Oxford is lovely Alchemilla but I always get lost! :D

I'm sat here giggling at Live at the Apollo having eaten the most huge meal of crispy duck and chocolate brownies (paid for my FIL)

Spent £5 at the shops on milk and £4 on the bus today,

I've only been to Oxford once and loved it, I'd love for dh and I to have a weekend away there so we can have a proper explore.

Your dinner sounded fab, even better that Fil paid for it:T

We're very lucky to have Bath and Oxford so easy to get to visit Crumpets. Although Mum said the last time she went to Bath she found the little shops were getting a bit 'samey'. :) I just love the excuse of using the spa!

Had a very lazy day today after DS decided not to nap yesterday for the first time. So I dropped him off at nursery this morning and went home to nap myself :D

He is really starting to try and argue and to push the boundaries more. 'Not Yet' is a favourite to delay things atm and he puts on the sweetest voice to ask DH for more...more playing with cars, more tv...just a ickle bit please daddy.....Although nursery outed him today by telling me that he's perfectly capable of pulling his trousers up and down so he doesn't need help going to the toilet - he just doesn't bother when with us!

On money news DH's credit card is scary so I have to wait and see how much he can put in the joint account on the 28th. Home insurance has come out at £203 so it's going to be a slim month!

Oxford is only an hour on the train from me too, so really have no excuse for not visiting local attractions:o must make more effort to make the most of what is on my door step! I've not been to Bath either but love a spa, so I'll put that on the list to visit too:D

Hope you enjoyed your lazy day,you need to make the most of those while you can.:T It's funny what kids will do for themselves whilst we're not there to do it for them. At least you know he can do it!

    Have a good weekend

You really must try Bath spa Crumpets, if you get a 2 hour pass and show a train ticket at reception you get 4 hours in total :)

I love Bath too. Hope you have your feet up. X
Of course I have hun :o I only made pancakes for breakfast, went to B&Q, folded away and put up washing, had a nap and then cleaned DS's room, hovered upstairs and tidied the living room. lol. :D

Swapped a tin of excess green paint in B&Q for a 'mellow mocha' which will be saved to use in our room later in the year. Took some convincing and Mum ganging up with me to convince DH that it was worth exchanging *rolls eyes*

I'm off to have coffee tomorrow morning at the local outlet and to buy some black flat shoes so it won't be a cheap day but hopefully enjoyable. :) DH is taking DS banger racing which I hope they enjoy and the weather stays nice.
