Mine came from a lowly Dispute Resolutions Legal Assistant - unless you've specifically requested the apology comes from Olaf, it's highly unlikely he'd demean himself in such a way ;)

Congratulations on your double win, great news :T

I specifically requested an apology from Olaf  - but I won't find out until next week what my result is.

T-Mobile's internal process shouldn't be our concern. They've been ordered to pay by a certain date and were given a month's notice. CISAS should punish them if they don't comply on time.

When writing to CISAS re non compliance copy in Ofcom and ask them to take action rather than just adding your email to their case file about T-Mobiles whole disrespect for its customers, the law and OFCOM!

Congratulations to the latest round of winners. :T

Just a thought, as T-Mobile still seem to be very slow in paying out once the adjudicators decide against them. Once you get a date for TM to comply by, what if you immediately send an email to TM's legal dept stating that you will take legal action if they do not pay by the required date. As a commercial debt it would allow you to add on any interest and punish TM with extra legal fees should they be late paying. You have nothing to prove to the courts, as the CISAS decision proves the debt is due. You might be able to sting them with a bit more compensation as well.

I can't see that as interfering with the CISAS directive as you're merely pointing out the implications of them not complying. And no action would be taken provided your money is paid on time.

Any opinions on this are welcome ;)

Indeed, and I suppose an expected risk for the first batch of decisions.

All is not lost though and there is always the option to take court action. The fact that most of the decisions have gone against T-Mobile would be good evidence for the judge to reverse those CISAS decisions.

Not that I'd expect it to go that far. Once T-Mobile receive the papers from the court they're likely to back down.

Sent an email to Graham Howells in Ofcom and this was the response....

I am now on sabbatical until the end of September. I will be reading emails from time to time and, in emergency, can be contacted via Neemat Moosa on 020-7981-3602 or Neemat.Moosa@ofcom.org.uk or through the Secretariat team.
Graham.

You would have thought that as a member of the public has felt so strongly about a telecomms issue that they have written to OFCOM a proper reply would be reasonable, not tell them they get more time off than father christmas, I hope 'we' are not paying for the 'sabbatical'...
• Well done to the latest round of winners.

How long have you guys had to wait for a decision once your adjudicator was appointed ?

Mine was appointed 8 days ago, in another 8 days I will be able to give notice on my T-Mobile contract as its 30 days before the 2 years are up, not sure how this could effect my CISAS decision.

I have the same adjudicator for my POST Oct 2012 contract (put Pre in the heading - TM must be getting to me) .

My decision is due Monday 29th or Tues 30th depending on if the day you submit the response to the defence is included or not.
