Hi all,
First time poster on here and I must confess to having read very little of the postings up to now but I just wanted to post another case of victory.
Having had the adjudication this morning against T-Mobile they've found in my favour and have ordered T-Mobile to terminate all 3 contracts and repay me all recurring charges back to April 9th0 -

That is great news - thanks for taking the time to post. Were they PRE or POST Oct contracts?0 -

2 were Pre October and One was taken out in November0 -
After an initial rejection of my final bill claim until after the 8 week deadlock CISAS have now accepted my case and EE now have another case to fight.
Still waiting further progress on the SCC0 -
Just had my adjudicator appointed - Mr Keith Richards. From looking at his profile on CISAS, he appears very knowledgeable on consumer issues.
Has Mr Richards adjudicated anyone elses case?0 -
Had an email today from Cicas rejecting my complaint about how my case was adjudicated. Telling me to go 'elsewhere'. Their words.
Really frustrated about this. Especially seeing as how my adjudicator approved someones case yesterday. For the same issue.0 -

Seems like CISAS are making you the escape goat to go to court, because if you win they can just tick everyones case easily and bank £500 from EE everytime without all the leg work.
This could be good in consumer favour if EE fight Ofcom on the fact CISAS is not working effectively.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

"Despite CISAS's deadline of 18 July for compliance with their decision, and despite your assurance of 18 July that I would receive my refund within 3 working days, I still have not received a refund of the money you have ILLEGALLY been taking from my bank account since 7 April.
I therefore wish to submit a formal complaint regarding the delay. As a resolution, I request that interest is paid at the rate of 8% on the amount you owe me, calculated from 7 April 2013, along with a nominal amount of compensation at £100, for the additional frustration and upset you have caused me through your non-compliance with the CISAS decision, together with the fact that, yet again, I am having to contact you to request the sums due.
I am not willing to negotiate on the above resolution, as there is really no excuse for a company with your resources to have missed the deadline for compliance with a decision that is legally binding on you. I am utterly disgusted at the complete disregard and contempt you have for both me as your customer, and CISAS as your ADR scheme.
I look forward to your response, confirming that the above resolution is acceptable to you. If you happen to disagree with my proposal, then I would appreciate confirmation of this, so that I can proceed to CISAS with my complaint".
Hope they like them apples, because I'm not going to budge :mad:0 -
Looks like you won't be the only one raising a second claim - I still haven't received my refund (due on 18th, TM confirmed on the 18th that I'd receive it within 3 working days, so sent them an email this evening:

Good for you, keep the pressure up. They have to realise we are not going away until we have what we are entitled to :T0
