Got an e-mail from the legal team confirming they accepted the decision and letting me know I'd receive my refund by cheque. No mention of how long they'll take to do it though.

Under CISAS rules they have 30 days to comply.

The date for T-Mobile to send their defence was yesterday, 30 minutes ago received an email from CICAS with their 'copy and paste' effort (I got called a woman a couple of times), rebuttal comments emailed back just now.

    Fingers crossed.
  • I've received tmo's defence today. A very cut and paste effort that brings up answers to arguments I've not even made! I have not yet mentioned ambiguity.. But because some of you have.. They answered the argument! So I have picked up on this and said that as they point out the ambiguity, if any terms are ambiguous the interpretation that favours the customer should stand!

Its a lot of legal jargon and I think it will be hard for anyone to respond to some of the points but I hope CISAS understand this and judge accordingly.

    Good luck everyone else.

    Hi everyone,

I would like to thank you all for all the help and support. I have just received my decision from CISAS and it succeeded. Therefore company must terminate my contract back dated to 10 April 2013, waive all charges incurred after this date and provide me with a PAC code :)

    Happy days.

Well done glad to see there are some more winners.

T- Mobile is a well known brand so increase in price is obvious. Even it keeps on revising the price on time to time basis.

I don't see the correlation with any of it.
I don't have anything against price increase, nor I do not have anything against T-Mobile as such, and to be honest I would go for T-Mobile again if I would decide to go for pay monthly, BUT having said that Terms & Conditions are set for a reason and if T-Mobile is unable to abide by their own terms then I will fight for my rights every single time.

You are replying to a spambot, they just take a bunch of words and put them together and it makes vague sense, all done just to get enough posts to allow a URL sig, or to be able to post a URL to a spam site.
