Hi everyone,
I would like to thank you all for all the help and support. I have just received my decision from CISAS and it succeeded. Therefore company must terminate my contract back dated to 10 April 2013, waive all charges incurred after this date and provide me with a PAC code
Happy days.
Excellent news! I'm still waiting to hear...
How long did your decision take?

Brilliant, mine went to adjudication on the 20th June so hopefully won't be too long with a decision now. I'm also pre-October.
Did the adjudicator agree with all of your complaints?

I asked to leave and for t-mobile to provide explanation.
Won the leave part but adjudicator decided that the decision is sufficient explanation and no more is needed.0 -

Make sure you let CISAS know that you accept their decision, then you''ll get an email telling you the date that T-Mobile must comply by.
I asked for my PAC before hearing off TM. It's a bit of a pain talking to their customer services but they have to give you the PAC. I wouldn't worry if they tell you how much it will cost as CISAS have already confirmed that they must waive all charges.
Even the official letter with my PAC from T-Mobile mentioned an Early Termination Charge, but I was on another network by then0 -
Ok another question, Virgin Mobile have just put there prices up and given me 14 days notice as per their contract. It states that they have to give one months notice if the increase will cause "material detriment". Considering I have 4 phones with them under my name (family members phones) my overall increase if going to quite a bit against a single user so would this be material detriment and therefore I can cancel my contract?
Not that I agree with any mid-term increases.0 -
So if I was in an overdraft situation then by virginmobile increasing their bill I would be a worse situation than I am and therefore have material detriment. Any ideas if this phrase would work
See my post on page 49 #978. I have no idea if that argument would win or not, but you have noting to lose.0 -

Their increase is around 50p, are you now overdrawn by around 50p?
I really struggle to see anyone reasonably agreeing that a below RPI increase is going to have a material detriment.
I'm sorry, but TBH, you are going to struggle to persuade CISAS or a court that 50p is of a serious material detriment to you.====0 -

But then it is 4 phones worth so is will be more than £2 plus the overdraft interest on it
So in reality I cannot do anything, I did ask when I took the phones out if the price would increase but they said no it will not. But as usual VM have no record of this which is standard for them.0 -

If they have no record, then they have no record that they did not tell you this.
If you purchased via telesales and were told this during the call then it is part of your contract with VM.
It's a long shot, but it costs you nothing (accept time) to raise a complaint along these lines and then take it to CISAS for a decision.0
