Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes before an adjudicator is appointed? I only submitted my claim yesterday and was just wondering how long it'll be before i'm told which adjudicator i have.
Thanks0 -

EDIT - sorry, above doesn't actually answer your question
The adjudicator isn't appointed until you've submitted your comments on TM's defence. TM have 14 days to get their defence in once your application's accepted, but I believe this has speeded up too. You have up to 7 days to get your comments in, then you're told the name of the adjudicator.0 -
Yes, as above, my adjudicator was appointed the day after I submitted my comments on T-Mobile 's defence.A big believer in karma, you get what you give :A

Has anyone got an example of their complaint to CISAS that they are willing to share?
Dont want to copy, but want to get the general idea of how people are wording their complaint.0 -

Extract from TM Legal's email:
"We also write to apologise in accordance with the Decision for our failure to allow you to cancel your Agreements without penalty, our failure to provide you with the necessary information and advice in order that you could refer your complaint to CISAS, and our failure to apologise sooner for any inappropriate advice provided".
Although they have been careful not to say "We apologise for breaching the contract", the failure to allow me to cancel the agreements without penalty is the breach of contract - is this an admission that they got it wrong? And if they breached my contract, then they have breached the contracts for each and every customer who gave notice to cancel, as we all received the same price increase, at the same time and under the same contract terms.
I'm not sure if this is T-Mobile's feeble attempt at an apology, but I've had an email from their legal team stating:-
"I refer to the adjudicator’s decision in the above matter. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result."

Once T-Mobile's defence had been received it all happened very quickly. Adjudicator appointed and decision made in days instead of the weeks that CISAS quote.0 -

Was just thinking the thread was all quiet today and then I saw your post.
It is a week ago today that my adjudicator was appointed so i'm tapping my fingers waiting.... what is it they say:
"no news is good news" and "the best things come to those who wait"....
Perhaps CISAS are a) struggling under the weight of the claims b) having internal discussions on a single decision rather than the current situation of one result going one way and another going the complete opposite. (I have no knowledge of this being the case so not scaremongering)
