I have also been following the thread and have filed a claim with CICAS for breach of contract, early days yet but still hopeful.
But I have been thinking about the people that have raised a claim and lost, is there any grounds for submitting another claim on the grounds that 30 days notice wasn't given as the price rise came into effect on the 9th May and the "current" RPI rate was published on the 16th April? Seems to me that T-Mobile can't have it both ways.
Just a thought.
CISAS rules say:k) The dispute must not be the subject of existing or previous court action or adjudication.0 -
Is there any way to contact the "legal team" directly. Haven't heard anything since my decision.0

We've got The Register reporting the decisions

Surely the call center workers won't be aware of the decision and will end up charging me? I don't want to cause more headache.0

A quick google of Carmel Codd, TM's rather fishy legal counsel, reveals the following. Don't know whether it's accurate:
Carmel Codd Legal Counsel Consumer Legal Affairs T-Mobile (UK) ... Direct Dial: 01707 314490. Mobile: 07957 287417. Email: carmel.codd@t-mobile.co.uk0 -

The email address I was given by TM Legal Team when they contacted me during our dispute was:
executive.office@orange.co.uk
If you mark it for the Legal Team's attention, it should get there.
However, I'm still waiting on my PAC, promised by a TM Legal rep, so am going to do what Chimper's suggested and phone CS. Even going through the Legal Team, she said the cancellation charge would be cancelled once the PAC was used and the account closed, so the charge is still generated doing it this way.0 -

Is your T-Mobile sim still in a phone?
I received a PAC by text the same day as the CISAS letter stating that T-Mobile had advised CISAS of compliance with the adjudication.
Edit to add, even after using the PAC, no penalty was added, my account (using My T-Mobile) is now showing in credit, I'm still waiting for the refund cheque to arrive though.====0
